My first at 5guys I was in love with the burger but this is the 2nd time and the taste was a little bit different. I think everybody has that kind of feeling when we try something for the first time. Maybe I should try again .....
Five guys is by far the best hamburger place…. I hate writing negative reviews because I’ve never had a bad experience here but I was super disappointed in my bun being DRENCHED in oil, it was all mushy because of how much oil there was in it, also i really doubt that was the only lettuce they had left. It was yellow and all soggy. I also asked for no tomatoes on the cheeseburger and there was indeed tomatos.

My wife and I love the burgers and fries at Five Guys. To be able to customize my burger by choosing my own topping each time is great. Watching the crew work at Five Guys during busy times is also something I enjoy. They have it down to a science. The line may be nearly going out the door. However, they call out orders, flip burgers, tend to the fries, put toppings on buns, add the burger & fries, then finally call out the number of the order.
