Ordered pickup, got home, only to realize they didn’t give me something I ordered.

Drove all the way back, got home, only to realize they made it wrong.

0/2. Try harder. Care even a little.

+1 star because the food is usually good, but we didn’t get that far this time.

$30 for a fast-food dinner, and I didn’t even get to eat it.

Great burgers, but a little too salty. Great shoe string fries (stay away from tater tots unless you're into grease). I found the Shakes disappointing. So burgers, patty melt, shoe string fries 👍

We all know Freddy's food, it's good, fast. At this location Iwe had a wonderful customer service experience. Giselle was professional, and pleasant, and sweet. Such a refreshing change in customer experience in today's world...especially the weekend before Christmas! Great job!

Called in to ask about the Veterans Day Combo at Freddy's which I left my email address on Veterans Day. Brenna told me to come in and ask for the Veterans Day combo. I came in and Brenna gave me the Jalapeno combo, my favorite for being an Army Veteran. Thank you Brenna!

Service was fine and didn't have a problem with the food.
As soon as you step in the nastiest smell hits you. Found out it was the bathrooms and their almost inability to flush. Has to be hazardous for the health of anyone in there.

Visited at about 6:15pm on 11/29/25. The smell right when you walk in was horrible, the two people I was with decided not to order anything because it was so off-putting. I ordered and let the cashier know, and she responded as if she didn’t care, and I didn’t notice anyone doing anything about it. I walked in to the bathroom to see if that was maybe the smell, and there was a lady in there who also noted how bad it smelled outside and that she thought it was the mens bathroom. I mean come on, it smelled absolutely horrible inside, and food is being served. One star.

Lady taking my order is polite and accurate that even got my no ice for my soda. My order@9pm with my primerib burger was so greasy I could only stomach half of it and couldn't even eat a bite of my cheese curds. I only got extra mushrooms so I'm unsure how it's so greasy. The sewage smell should have been the warning signs. This was first visit and most likely be my last.

Lights are out. Place is dangerously dark. Ordered Bacon double and received no bacon. Tater tots were soggy also.

Josh was absolutely amazing! We were missing a few strips of bacon on a burger and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, an absolute asset to this facility! Thank you so much for the fantastic service Josh!!

$14.00 for a burger and fries 🍟 😋. Should include dessert. For the price they should bring the food to the table. Unlimited drinks is excellent. The burger never looks like the picture. Im going back for the custard.
