I was in there a few days ago and witnessed a server by the name of Gen/Jenn Speaking to another server who had just joined your team. He was talking to her in such a way that was very degrading, Disrespectful and it was very disappointing. I love the food there, but he was very unprofessional. I also saw him flip the server off, which was very shocking for a grown man. No one should be server, head server, or manager if that's the way you speak to people not to mention your employees.

The only good thing about our experience was our cook. He was obviously new, but he made a considerable effort to ensure our meal was made properly.
The rest of our visit however was Awful. Our waiter exibited HORRIBLE service skills. From rushed check-in's, to poor food timing, offering boxes as our cook was leaving the table, not bussing used dishes during our meal, to collecting our receipt before we left the table and walking away as he bid us farewell.
We arrived over three hours before closing on a Thursday night and our whole visit was rushed to the point of unacceptable. Our overall experience was very poor and we will have to think long and hard before returning.

$103 Dollars for only two people!!, with an 18% gratuity already added to the receipt!! So if you want to impress a lady and see cool chef do tricks with the food, and your rich, come here.
My husband is allergic to nuts which they accommodated, but his food took longer to reach him. They use sesame oil. So make sure you let them know ahead of time if you have allergies.
Anyone looking for a deal, not going to find it here. If they are going to charge that much, they should add a back rub and feet massage. Prices this high in a recession is crazy.

I came here a year ago and it was great! Great food and service, I loved it. However, when I came back this year, it was far from that. The drinks were terrible, the service was terrible, and the food was not prepared well AT ALL. It made me pretty upset too since it was a special occasion.

We went on a Saturday night (08/30/25) for a Birthday celebration. We had made reservations for our party of 11. The whole part arrived on time and we checked in with the Hostess 10minutes early. The Hostess with the long dark hair and white silk bow was extremely rude to our party while we waited to be seated . There was no where to sit as it was crowded and we waited over an hour to be seated , despite reservations. Once we were seated the service to get the food going and drinks served was extremely slow. Our chef was not very interactive, despite knowing there were 3 people at the table celebrating birthdays. We ordered the filet mignon and shrimp for 2 . It was lackluster at best. Our meal and drinks came to $178.00 for my husband and myself and there was a 18% gratuity included as our party was over6 people. Each family was charged the 18% for tasteless food, and poor service and a rude hostess. There are better choices and experiences if you like this type of restaurant in the area. Don’t waste your money and time here! This was at the Goodyear location!
Went for the first and the food was pretty good. Portion size was nice. I got the salmon, fried rice, and veggies and thought it was flavorful. A tad bit greasy and slight salty but probably just the sauces I added. The pink lemonade is 10/10. The lighting is really dim and intimate. We went on a Monday evening..not crowded at all. Overall I would visit again.

Went today on my birthday and found this joint is the worst in the neighborhood. Sorry over 2 hour wIt for tapinyaki while no customers in restaurant. Very sad to see what has hppened to this place. The chicken matsu was old chicken unfortunately. Everything was below par and not in a golf way either lol. The service sucked and the owner when told it was my birthday by my wife says oh, I mean the worst service ever , I am Def taking this off my list of the rest of my life . Peace and love always!!!!
