Have been to this location 3 different times and every time I have gone I have been told they are closed and unable to take orders. While the staff sits there laughing the whole time. Very unprofessional and it’s obvious management doesn’t care.
No gloves, picking their butts, didn’t even get half our order, had to wait 10 minutes for our 2nd milkshake, guy behind us walked in and didn’t even get all of his food. 4 workers in there and there was no rush, no service, it’s filthy, and I could go on. They don’t deserve the pay they do get.
Just got a buttery bacon jack. Bun is stale and hard/ chewy, Not the way it's supposed to be. Meat is dry like it's been sitting for awhile. I don't think this particular jack is holding true to the "we don't make it till you order it" slogan.
