I wish this jack n box was closer to home. How many Jack's would I pass in 10 miles? Hmmm ...?most certainly be worth it. It was painless.Very pleasant, very quick, very much up to par. If only the Laveen Jack N the Box @ 51st and Southern had such professionalism and easy going employees , but they don't. Well worth the drive. The order was correct, served with a smile and respectfully so and Jack should really pay attention!! Thanks guys, you deserve a shout-out!!

I come here to the Estrella location in Goodyear and every time I come it takes at least 15-25 mins my food, it’s frustrating because I’m a Chef and usually order Tacos or Chicken nuggets which we both know take no longer then 5 minutes tops to fry. This has happened in many occasions. The service from some of the workers is beyond rude as well

I ordered 2 tacos and a cheeseburger, it took 20 minutes to get my order when there is no one in the lobby or in the drive thru. Please do better! The manager made it right when I walked in to complain, but I had to walk in to complain when there should be no need.

I've been to this location twice and it has been horrible. The 2 times I've give they have told me they ar closed!!! How if it's supposed to be 24 hours!!! Such a horrible experience 😡

Don't come here. Soo many 1stars for a reason. Came here 3 separate times and could not receive any service. Systems down, there's a near 1 hour wait at night, and if they are taking orders yours come out not so fresh.... geez
