Ordered a smash burger it was cold and did not have flavor. The meat was dried out. And they are using a pre cooked/staged patty. I could tell, it should have been thrown out. This JIB has very poor quality food. The one off of Jack rabbit is 5 Stars but Estrella in Goodyear I would give it a 0 star.

I went here twice once to pick up food, then another for them to fix my order only to be asked to drive around and get back in line. Customer service is horrible!! Called and let them know I had three fries in my box and a burnt chicken sandwich, other missing items. Sent my daughter back only for her to come back and they say they couldn't replace drinks because they were so busy. The customer service has gone down hill and the employees are so rude! Will not be returning to this establishment!!

Came into today Angelica the cook and Joseline was wearing no gloves touching raw food on grill today very un sanitary the register lady was awesome I came in before it’s very disgusting when you see some touching your food with no gloves and specially raw chicken disgusting had a issue before with Angelica the cook rude service

Horrible customer service the young lady told me I could take my own self order when I asked her if she could take my order she repeated she couldn’t I’m really close with the manager and this behavior unacceptable then I ask her name she repeated she didn’t have a name learn some customer service instead giving attitude like you don’t like your job

They are very slow and don't care. I got there and nobody even greeted me. They were not busy. Waited fifteen minutes for my food, then just left because they took too long. The staff needs customer service training or to just not work in the industry.
