The lady working the shift tonight was on point smiles. Got my order right the first time nothing missing from the bag. I was hesitant to come back to this location But as long as she's working it should do well. Now if they could only fix the soda machine by adding the flavors of other drinks back in and Making the Coke taste proper.

HD Stance

Place has really gone down hill. Food quality is bad- food is over cooked and cold, I honestly don’t know how you do that, no matter how small the order is you always have to pull up and park in the waiting parking spot. Last 3 times eating here my family all got sick. Won’t be back, our experience will keep us from any jack in the box locations for a while.

Worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. A routine amount of customers absolutely crippled the service speed. 6 customers max and it took 20 minutes just to order through the drive through.

I was told they were “very busy” and wanted me to use the kiosk to order. I explained I had some special orders the skinks would not communicate so I said I would wait. A few few minutes layered another employee ( mailing the burger orders ) steps up and repeats in a rude manner they are busy and please use the kiosk. They weren’t that busy several cars in the drive thru and me in the store. The problem there is the team is risky disorganized and the manger is either very youg or very incompetent, team leads shooed keep the team focused on”Thier jobs”. The manager ( I THINK) finally came over to take my order. The rudeness of the other employee is something I will not tolerate again. I am THE CUSTOMER. You don’t tell me your too busy for me

Thought this would be something easy and quick.. Have had the tacos numerous times but this is really a first.. Ordered a Jr bacon Cheeseburger with tacos, both items COLD.. Had I not already driven off I would have absolutely returned these for fresh ones.. Come on if the cheese isn't melted then maybe should be checking the temperature of the food served..

Diana is amazing! As someone who also has experience in customer service, I can say without hesitation that she is putting her customers first. Disappointed in the food. Burger was raw,fries were old and brown,lettuce old a brown. Soda is pretty good. Thx for wasting my lunch break
