I love Jersey Mike's, but this was hands down the worst experience I've had at any food place in a LONG time. I'm legitimately pissed off. I come wait in line, and I'm third. Takes me 30 mins to get my sub. The people in front of me had basic orders, not some crazy office order or anything. One kid is chatting with a coworker who's off the clock the whole time. Super unprofessional, and it's obviously distracting him. Their conversation includes cursing and inappropriate stuff that the kids in line should not be hearing. The oldest employee, who I assume is the manager is watching all this without saying anything. Another customer was pissed because he was waiting for his mobile order since before I arrived. He asks about his order, and it's on the counter behind the manager - not in the mobile order section. He is pissed. They finally realized they didn't start my order after the two people behind me have already left. The cherry on top is they didn't even cut my sandwich, so I have to eat this thing and make a mess in the car. Won't ever eat at this location, and maybe not even JM's for awhile. Corporate should check camera footage of this store, as it needs some changes.

Went to this location after a Dr. appointment on 9/17/25 around 12:15-12:40 it was a group of young men working and they seemed more interested in their conversations and hanging out with each other and were giggling like school girls( I actually felt like I was bothering them and interrupting them) rather than taking customer orders and working. I asked for turkey and got ham. Customer service was non existent.

Poor experience. I visited 9/13/25 at about 5:15-5:20pm. I don't know what the focus of the staff was, but fast service was not it. There was 1 other person in line in front of me (a total of 2 customers in the store including myself). There were 5 (at least 5) staff members present and they couldn't produce my order in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't walked out after placing an order without completing the transaction in years. This was the first time in a while. They had already sliced the meats and put it on bread... Too frustrated with repeated delays/inability of staff to actually get around to completing my order. So I left and went elsewhere. I'm disappointed as Jersey Mike's makes a good sandwich, unfortunately that's only part of the dining experience.

Purchased a soda from the fountain. They have no diet or zero. The manager says they don’t carry it and argued with me and one other customer. They were very very slow to make sandwiches despite having a lot of people working.
The manager said it was my responsibility to check to see what drinks they have before we purchase. He thought it was unusual that someone would order and expect to have some sort of sugar free option. I’m type 1 diabetic. I can’t do the sugar in the drinks.
Bad experience. Manager needs trained to serve the public. You don’t argue with your customers and make them feel like they made an error in assuming you would have diet soda like every other place in town.

Frequent customer of Jersey Mike’s in general, more recently this location. All staff take a really long time to make the food and have no pep in their step aside from the young day time lead. Whoever the short haired lead was tonight there on duty gave the worst possible service. No greeting when I walked in, just an annoyed look that I was there late (45 min before close). All I got was “what else” and an eye roll when I asked to put my sandwich on the grill because she decided to clean it a hour before close. Take this girl off of nights, she’s miserable and made for an unpleasant atmosphere. lol

Went to pickup an order, took 20 minutes to drive there, took an hour to actually get my food, this is ridiculously slow, don't bother coming to pick it up for an hour and 30 min.
It was only 3 of us in the store but still took all night to get my food, absolute trash.
Waited for 40 minutes. I was a walk in. Recommend you order on line or call. Big Kahuna was not up to their normal standards.
This Location has declined over the last couple months. As a rewards member I always order online and they never seem to get the order 100%. Order is never on time either, and I always arrive 5-10 minutes after the desired pickup time is. The presentation of sandwiches has been disappointing as well. I order several different sandwiches but the picture is a Big Kahuna and l then added chipotle sauce. Little much!
Just visited today, employees greeted me as I walked in. Jose, the general manager was great and helping as needed. Have been coming to this store for years. The best sandwiches ever!
Waited over an hour for my online order while people are waiting in line to order as well. Don’t waste your time at this location!! I hope to see my refund for this location in a few days. The manager name is Jose & I questioned him on why it took over an hour to make a sandwich and he had a lame excuse saying there’s a 45 min grace period after the time it’s suppose to be ready ? Like what?? That does not make any sense?? & they still did not have my sandwich ready when I complained and I gave them the benefit of the doubt waiting that long! I demanded a refund so I hope to see my refund soon! Do NOT waste your time here!

Every-time I come here the service is horrible, 30 minute wait every time.
The subs are great, but the service isn’t always reliable—especially when ordering online for pickup. There have been multiple times where I’ve waited nearly an hour past my scheduled pickup time, while walk-in customers come in, place their orders, and leave before mine is even ready. It really defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead online.

The general manager Jose refused to serve us when I questioned him about why it took two people to get a piece of bread in the back. After 20 minutes with one person in front of us with three workers who were mostly laughing and joking I asked if they could hurry up we had to be somewhere. He copped an attitude said I can refuse to serve you. I said why does it take two people to get a piece of bread. He said that is it I’m not serving you. We had paid and had one sandwich which my husband tossed on the counter with the chips and napkins it slid toward manager. I picked up napkins said I wanted our money back. He refused to give us a receipt to see if we got the money back said to call our tank. My husband should not have done that but honestly Jose was nasty and rude and had a huge complex.
He said we had no recourse with corporate cause he was the general manager. Big deal!
We frequent Jersey Mike’s but won’t be anymore if this is how people are allowed to be treated. I was not rude I never raised my voice and I did not curse so his attitude was uncalled for.
Bread was was not fresh , it was very dry.The lettuce was old and yellow . Was very disappointed.
