Very slow, and they DO NOT change gloves before making subs after exchanging money at the register. I saw a few health code violations while waiting. I walked out along with others. I wouldn't recommend ordering online.

I absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s. I’ve been coming here for years, and always have exceptional service. Specifically, from Izayah, Raife, and Caleb! I have a severe dairy allergy so my sub requires higher maintenance than most, (such as cleaning the blade, changing their gloves, and using a clean knife, etc), but every time these guys are extremely understanding and patient, and make sure their station is sanitary for my sub! It’s a plus that this location is filled with awesome workers as well! Highly recommend this location!

I placed an order with DoorDash while working from home. I received the incorrect order from the store. I called and at first I spoke to Caleb who stated he would refund my money. Then placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called and spoke to Alejandra. She stated that although the order received was incorrect, I have to call Doordash to receive a refund. I was asking questions and she disconnected the line and hung up the line while I was still speaking. Very ride and customer service is horrible.

The reason I gave a 1 today not last vist is due to that same thing like last time I called in order, and order was confirmed and cashier said will charge you when you get here. So everything I fine and dandy till I get there. Go in the pick upside cashier ask its for pick up said yes bt u said it was a phone order she looked around and never was started so now I got to wait an Xtra 10 mi s wish will make me late for an appointment I had. They could of said we dnt take phone orders you can order when you get here.

This is absolutely the worst Jersey Mikes around. It had been a couple months since visiting this location due to the last time at this location it was terrible also. This visit we walked in and not a person in line and only 3 tables had people at them. Ordered one sandwich with extra provolone and discovered no extra provolone once we sat down but they had just charged us for it. Went to the counter to get more provolone and they wanted to argue with us. The lack of meat in the sandwich was also maybe a 1/3 of what all surrounding locations serve in a regular size sandwich. Out of some toppings, which is managed properly a place like this should never run out. Went to them sit down and not a clean table in the place, keep in mind 3 employees standing there doing nothing when we walked in. This was our last time giving this location a chance. It needs complete new management and employees.
