As far as I'm concerned, This location is the Best Jimmy John's in the west valley! ( I drive past another 1 closer to me just to go to this 1!) My sandwiches are always made to order just how I like em and they taste Yummy! Thank you 👍👍

Unfortunately shrink-flation has stuck this location and food orders have shrunk considerably. If I had to eye it from pictures people shared on reddit from just a year ago. I'd say at least a 15% cut to overall quantity

I wanted send a great ?? customer review for the manager Nicholas at this location. I had to call back in for issues pertaining to one of my sandwiches. He was calm, very apologetic and provided me a credit to use on a future purchase. He did not have to do it but listened to my concerns and reached out to upper management to handle my inquiry. Good customer service is hard these days after covid and just the economy. However, mDe me feel great and appreciated as a consumer to eat at Jimmy John's again! Well done ?
I am not sure who the new management is but the service has went down terribly! My sandwich is dry my request for extra mayo is never received. I ask for mayo packages EVERY time and never receive it! Deliver is forever and sometimes they get lost. You’re better off going in so when they ignore your request you are there to fix it. Do not call in your order they’ll ask you two to three times to repeat your order. They hang up in your face after the order has been taken no thank you at all. Customer service a big fat ZERO. 7/2024

Bless this business. Alec and Kade, Carlos, Nic are awesome. Not afraid to help the homeless when they stop by to get a glass of water and treat them with respect and dignity. Sandwiches are good as well. Cant beat the combos for a quick lunch or dinner. The staff associates are a reflection of the manager usually. Good job Jimmy Johns.

The days of freaky fast delivery are over. Took an hour after placing my order on the app just to get a notification that it was out for delivery. Took nearly an hour and a half for delivery. The delivery girl was even wearing a jimmy johns shirt that said "subs so fast you'll freak."
