It took over an hour for my food to make it to my house. Then after opening it my to find This horrible sandwich was an absolute let down. I’ve never liked jimmy John’s because I’ve have 2 other bad experiences with them over the past couple years. Figured to try and give them another shot and this is what I get. An ice cold horribly made sandwich. There are no excuses to be making sandwiches that look like this. Sad how you charge people money for a product like this and act like you’re providing a good service. If I could give them no stars I would. Meats are always weird looking and tasting too. Sandwich was to be toasted and it was soft and soggy. 👎👎 Be better! 50$ for two regular sized basic sandwiches and a pickle is crazy!

Absolutely terrible experience. Beware of this location! I came in with my family on Saturday for lunch and was told we’d have to wait 10–15 minutes just to place an order. I had two hungry kids with me who just wanted a sandwich, and instead we were turned away. I understand the employees were busy, but that’s no excuse to refuse service or turn customers away—especially when the company prides itself on being “freaky fast.” I’ve been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for years, but after this visit, I’m done. I will not eat at any Jimmy John’s again. This location completely ruined the brand for me.

This is the $15 Tuna sub that was delivered… what in the world… where is the rest of it??? Barely any tuna made it in the sub.

We came in and were told that they were out of sub sandwich bread, then suggested an alternative. We were ok with that. We got our food and began to eat, then @ 8:45pm the lights were turned out and some guy behind the counter blurted out “Bye”. Then the girl that rung us up came by and told us we had to leave because they were closing. We were holding our sandwiches in our hands as we walked out the door. Never to return. They were very short with us the whole time.
When l worked at fast food, oh 50 years ago, you didn’t clean up until after the store was closed and the customers were gone. Workers these days want to leave the second the store closes. Bad way to run a business.

we stood in line and the staff igored us and never took our orde. the staff even walked by and never acknowledged as they did ither tasks. I have never seen this borrible if service. yhere was no one is the place just us waiting at the register. we had to go eat somewhere else

I went into Jimmy John's today to get lunch, and upon entering I was told that there would be a wait before she could take my order. I decided to wait, and while waiting the female employee that informed me about the wait continued making bread. About 10 minutes into my wait someone else walked in and was told that thier would be a wait. It seemed the the employee became angry that we were waiting and began slamming the cookie sheets onto the stainless steel table and making so much noise as to let us no that she was upset. I decided to leave and go next door to get something to eat there. This could have been handled differently. Very poor customer service.

The employees were so kind and helpful when i placed the order at the wrong shop even going as far as calling the other shop to issue a refund and having my order re-made in less than 5 minutes!! I will absolutely be returning:)

As far as I'm concerned, This location is the Best Jimmy John's in the west valley! ( I drive past another 1 closer to me just to go to this 1!) My sandwiches are always made to order just how I like em and they taste Yummy! Thank you 👍👍
