The days of freaky fast delivery are over. Took an hour after placing my order on the app just to get a notification that it was out for delivery. Took nearly an hour and a half for delivery. The delivery girl was even wearing a jimmy johns shirt that said "subs so fast you'll freak."

First time at Jimmy John's. Ordered the #7 with everything. Very tasty. The sandwich maker was really quick with the order.Only complaint, was too much oil, but will know to order with no oil next time.

Nicholas at Jimmy John's in Goodyear gets an A+ for customer service!! I've eaten at Jimmy John's a dozen times over the years, and I always say "No, I haven't signed up for the rewards program." But NO ONE ever checked for me! Turns out I WAS signed up, and I got a free sandwich today! Woo Hoo! Thank you Nicholas!! :-) :-)
I went in and ordered my sandwich it was ok nothing great. Then I had to use the bathroom and saw an earwig crawling on the ground. One glance in the bathroom was all it took for me to realize that this place is disgusting. Who knows what the back of house looks like. If I had gone into the bathroom before ordering I would have walked out. I need to throw up now.

I love a good Turkey Tom and I've had my fair share over the years. I remember when you could get a Freaky Fast sub for lunch but apparently those days are gone. I went into the Avondale JJ's to grab my favorite #4 with some BBQ chips but was immediately disappointed why the kids who appeared to be in charge said "it's going to be a 15min wait, we have a $1000 online order we are working on". Did he think telling me how much the order cost would make me want to wait around? I'm not sure why they couldn't just throw my sandwich into the line and then just pick up on their online order when I was gone. Kids these days just can't problem solve..........and it wasn't even a hard problem to handle. I watched this guy turn away 4 customers because he could figure out how to serve his in-store customers and fill the "$1000 order" at the same time. Don't waste your time at this location they clearly don't want your business. I guess I'll just hit up Jersey Mikes for my sandwiches from now on. Good by Turkey Tom, Hello Mikes Way!
