This location has gone steadily downhill over the past year.
Staff is impatient and rude when asked any questions about the menu and in a hurry, even with no other customers in line, to take your order.
Waited more than 20 minutes, only one person ahead with one sandwich, which wouldn't have been a big deal accept that I get home and ALL of the sandwiches have issues.
Spent more than $50 on mostly bread with missing or sparse ingredients.
The kicker? Remember that rude staff member who was in a hurry to make us order? It was the supervisor of the other workers and they seemed angry / frustrated to even be there.
That was the last time we will be wasting our money at this location.
** Wrote to Jimmy Johns and received an email stating that this is an independently owned location and the information was shared with the owner. No response from anyone who is responsible for the location at the time of this review.

Awful service by Carolina/Mariana! A clear sign of poor management.

Waited over 15 mins with no one else around as these two took their sweet time... and didn't even start making our sandwiches until we asked what was going on. Absolutely pathetic.

Im always cautious about a place that asks for a tip before providing a service. Does no pre-tip equal a bad sandwich? Yes it does! First I did not tip because I stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgement from the employee. Then another person walks in and they helped him first. Good service equals a tip, in that order. The quality of my sandwich, where's the meat? Like where? $30 for two subs and this what I get? Pft could have gone to subway spent less and got meat on my sandwich. Asking to be tipped for food service before the service and food it's self is ridiculous, do better Jimmy John's. (STOP NORMALIZING PRE-TIPPING)

Stay away from Jimmy John's if you plan on actually getting your food or your order correct! Ordered delivery for my employees driver showed up with a drink and 2 bags of chips no sandwiches and said oh well that's what they gave me. The phone was a busy signal for over an hour so I ended up having to drive to pick up the delivery I paid for. I wasn't going to leave a revue until I got back with the bag just to find the order wasn't even complete and the staff never even put the ordered condiments in the bag!

I stopped by today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. The woman taking the order (with big 80s-style hair) was incredibly rude and dismissive. She seemed visibly annoyed by even basic questions about the sandwiches — like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. Her tone was short, unwelcoming, and completely lacking in customer service.

To make things worse, there was another employee — a shorter girl — whose attitude was just as bad. No greeting, no friendliness, and the same annoyed demeanor. It felt like they both couldn't be bothered to do their jobs or treat customers with any level of respect.

On top of that, they've changed their oil and vinegar dressing to some strange, thick goop that looks unappetizing and definitely doesn’t taste the same. It's a downgrade, not an improvement.

Really disappointed all around. I won’t be returning to this location.

Stopped in there today at 11:45am to pick up lunch for my family. I ordered four sandwiches and two chips. I took the sandwiches home and opened them. ALL OF THE SANDWICHES WERE MADE INCORRECTLY!!!! One was missing pickles, One was missing lettuce, one was missing spicy peppers, and one was missing tomatoes. We were the only people in the store when we arrived. Apparently it's extremely difficult to listen and execute the construction of sandwiches. Management is obviously weak at that store. They only had one person working in the store.

Terrible service and got my order completely wrong after I wait for them to make it since they said they hadn't even started on it yet...
Definitely won't ever be back.

Every time I walk into this location the entire mood of the place is off. The employees are rude, uninviting, and seem irritated that you are walking in. Today I went and ordered 3 sandwiches: 2 giants and 1 regular. While I was ordering the girl was giving off a lot of rude looks. Once I got my order I notice they gave me and rang me up for 1 giant and 2 medium. I go to the register and I say to my daughter “I’m surprised, they never get my order wrong” as I say that the manager (a heavier young girl with glasses) asks me how they got my order wrong so I tell her I ordered a giant not a medium and right when I say that the little girl with a pound of make up on chimes in and says “no you didn’t” and I proceed to tell her I did in fact order a giant. She continued to go back and for with me another 4 times saying that’s not what I ordered while the manager stood there asking me what I ordered, NEVER correcting her employee. I tell her to ring me up so I can pay for ANOTHER medium and the manager says “so you don’t want to pay for the other half” and I tell her I have no problem paying considering what was rang up was wrong and that I’m not going to sit there and argue with this little girl about what I ordered. A simple “oh I’m sorry let me right you up for another medium” would have been appropriate. I asked for the manager, which the heavier girl let me know she was the manager so I asked for someone above her because I’ve never had someone sit there and argue with me like a child about what I ordered. She went to the back as the employee sat there smiling in my face. Then the “manager” comes and gives me a number for someone named Jennifer as she’s smiling in a mocking manner like they know complaining isn’t going to have any effect on them. This Jimmy John’s customer service is the worst fast food customer service I have ever received and is horrible every time I’ve been there. But as I look at other Google reviews having the same issues as me, it is apparent that the owner of this location doesn’t care about their customers. If they did they would fire everyone at this location and train new employees and emphasize the importance of customer service!
