Stopped in there today at 11:45am to pick up lunch for my family. I ordered four sandwiches and two chips. I took the sandwiches home and opened them. ALL OF THE SANDWICHES WERE MADE INCORRECTLY!!!! One was missing pickles, One was missing lettuce, one was missing spicy peppers, and one was missing tomatoes. We were the only people in the store when we arrived. Apparently it's extremely difficult to listen and execute the construction of sandwiches. Management is obviously weak at that store. They only had one person working in the store.
Terrible service and got my order completely wrong after I wait for them to make it since they said they hadn't even started on it yet...
Definitely won't ever be back.
Crazy overpriced too..
Every time I walk into this location the entire mood of the place is off. The employees are rude, uninviting, and seem irritated that you are walking in. Today I went and ordered 3 sandwiches: 2 giants and 1 regular. While I was ordering the girl was giving off a lot of rude looks. Once I got my order I notice they gave me and rang me up for 1 giant and 2 medium. I go to the register and I say to my daughter “I’m surprised, they never get my order wrong” as I say that the manager (a heavier young girl with glasses) asks me how they got my order wrong so I tell her I ordered a giant not a medium and right when I say that the little girl with a pound of make up on chimes in and says “no you didn’t” and I proceed to tell her I did in fact order a giant. She continued to go back and for with me another 4 times saying that’s not what I ordered while the manager stood there asking me what I ordered, NEVER correcting her employee. I tell her to ring me up so I can pay for ANOTHER medium and the manager says “so you don’t want to pay for the other half” and I tell her I have no problem paying considering what was rang up was wrong and that I’m not going to sit there and argue with this little girl about what I ordered. A simple “oh I’m sorry let me right you up for another medium” would have been appropriate. I asked for the manager, which the heavier girl let me know she was the manager so I asked for someone above her because I’ve never had someone sit there and argue with me like a child about what I ordered. She went to the back as the employee sat there smiling in my face. Then the “manager” comes and gives me a number for someone named Jennifer as she’s smiling in a mocking manner like they know complaining isn’t going to have any effect on them. This Jimmy John’s customer service is the worst fast food customer service I have ever received and is horrible every time I’ve been there. But as I look at other Google reviews having the same issues as me, it is apparent that the owner of this location doesn’t care about their customers. If they did they would fire everyone at this location and train new employees and emphasize the importance of customer service!
Rude service
Not professional and rude
This guy messed up my sandwich twice I had to bring it back in! Didn't even offer to just remake it! I will not be back to this location! It is the only one that always has an issues sucks it the closest
As always, the music is toooo loud
Called ahead for a large school order for my daughter and her teachers. The staff was great and the food was on-time with plenty of condiments and napkins without mistake. I appreciate this location.

For whatever reason, this Jimmy John’s cannot get anything right. Every single time I’ve ordered from here either something is missing, I get someone else’s food, or my order is wrong.

The kid at the front mumbled the whole time so it was hard to know what was going on. I asked for no mayo and wanted Pickles and mustard. My sandwich has mayo and no Pickles or mustard. I was trying to just be nice and not say anything at all but if I pay for something I expect to get what I want. And I never do reviews.

The location in Goodyear on Estrella gives this company a bad name. Employees here repress everything a business shouldn’t be. Over the past 6 months myself or my family members have gone here and experienced the worst customer service. Friends share the same experience! Tonight I went after work 8:16 and they turned the lights off and wouldn’t take customers, they close at 9pm and this wasn’t the first time this happened. Another visit I got eye rolls and irritated sighs from employees as a welcome greeting. Never had a decent experience here.
JJ is a favorite of mine, and why I chose to keep trying but alas this is the last time I go to this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

Jimmy John’s, please hire new staff. Few things, walked in and was asked if I was picking up. I stated no. Your employee sighed and irritatingly said what can I get for you. Next, was asking about topping and she said it only came with mayo on a sandwich(mind you, I know it doesn’t as I’ve ordered many time) , fast forward to paying, she didnt remember how much I gave her and took 2 mins to figure out how much I gave her and how much change I needed back. It was 5 cents. Move along, made my sandwich great. Well as I’m standing waiting for my side of ranch, the bottle runs out. Instead of getting a new bottle to fill up or even being prepared and learn how to prep ( as the place was dead when I got in) they used the same bottle that was just holding the ranch. THATS DISGUSTING. please have your employees retrained, or talked to. This was on 01/12 around 1:15pm and it was 2 females working. Super disappointed, will not be going back to this location due to staff not know basic food handlers.
The tall girl working the register at 4:20pm on December 10th should be fired. She has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered two sandwiches on the app, and I selected curbside pickup. Drove to the store, checked in, and waited for my order. After 20 minutes, I got out of the car and went inside, where I was informed they were out of turkey. So if I hadn't gone inside, no one was going to contact me to let me know they didn't have anything to complete my order. This was unacceptable.
