Called ahead for a large school order for my daughter and her teachers. The staff was great and the food was on-time with plenty of condiments and napkins without mistake. I appreciate this location.

For whatever reason, this Jimmy John’s cannot get anything right. Every single time I’ve ordered from here either something is missing, I get someone else’s food, or my order is wrong.

The kid at the front mumbled the whole time so it was hard to know what was going on. I asked for no mayo and wanted Pickles and mustard. My sandwich has mayo and no Pickles or mustard. I was trying to just be nice and not say anything at all but if I pay for something I expect to get what I want. And I never do reviews.

The location in Goodyear on Estrella gives this company a bad name. Employees here repress everything a business shouldn’t be. Over the past 6 months myself or my family members have gone here and experienced the worst customer service. Friends share the same experience! Tonight I went after work 8:16 and they turned the lights off and wouldn’t take customers, they close at 9pm and this wasn’t the first time this happened. Another visit I got eye rolls and irritated sighs from employees as a welcome greeting. Never had a decent experience here.
JJ is a favorite of mine, and why I chose to keep trying but alas this is the last time I go to this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

Jimmy John’s, please hire new staff. Few things, walked in and was asked if I was picking up. I stated no. Your employee sighed and irritatingly said what can I get for you. Next, was asking about topping and she said it only came with mayo on a sandwich(mind you, I know it doesn’t as I’ve ordered many time) , fast forward to paying, she didnt remember how much I gave her and took 2 mins to figure out how much I gave her and how much change I needed back. It was 5 cents. Move along, made my sandwich great. Well as I’m standing waiting for my side of ranch, the bottle runs out. Instead of getting a new bottle to fill up or even being prepared and learn how to prep ( as the place was dead when I got in) they used the same bottle that was just holding the ranch. THATS DISGUSTING. please have your employees retrained, or talked to. This was on 01/12 around 1:15pm and it was 2 females working. Super disappointed, will not be going back to this location due to staff not know basic food handlers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered two sandwiches on the app, and I selected curbside pickup. Drove to the store, checked in, and waited for my order. After 20 minutes, I got out of the car and went inside, where I was informed they were out of turkey. So if I hadn't gone inside, no one was going to contact me to let me know they didn't have anything to complete my order. This was unacceptable.

Called and they claim they are too busy to make subs. Horrible and won’t ever be back. Had to call in because they messed up my last meal and needed to use the credit on my account but they can’t make it. Too busy to make subs. Wow

So I walked in first thing that caught my attention was it sounded like a concert, I walked up to the counter and stood there why the girl was doing something with the cash register she didn't even acknowledge my presence for a good 5 minutes and when she did I had to keep saying what because I was so far away from her ( like 2 ft ?) I couldn't hear her I then gave her my order payed and went over to the pickup counter which was covered in trash, and all sticky from the soda machine at this point I'm hoping it's going to be jimmy John's fast because my head is about to explode from the music volume! It wasn't but after about 10 minutes my order arrived wooo hooo! ?‍? short one sandwich oh my God I tell the girl, she says you ordered 3 not 2 I said yes if you would turn the music down you might be able to hear. Anyway this place is the worst!!!! Not just worst Jimmy John's but the worst restaurant I have ever been in and I drove over the road so I've been in some bad restaurants ?????

I ordered my sandwich in time for my lunch window…. You know the famous slogan “freaky fast” it was freakishly slow…. The store is not more than 2 miles I’m sure less so giving benefit of the doubt…. It took an hour to get my food. They also make it nearly impossible to write in about the issue. What a disappointment….. I used to love a lunch from Jimmy but that was awful and lack of customer service

I stopped by here a week ago and the employee that was in there at the time didn’t even greet me when I came in.. and had the nerve to be impatient while I was deciding on my order.. not only that the place looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The counter where they prepared the food was never cleaned looks like whatever was made that’s the way they left it.. food scatted everywhere .. I personally won’t eat there again. Please get better employees with better work ethics because those you have will result in more reviews such as this.
