VERY BAD BUSINESS, my wife and I walked in and there was a customer dining in and complaining about his sub not having what he ordered. Instead of taking care of the customer, the young guy behind the counter tells him, I'm sorry, we must of forgot the cheese and didn't correct it for the customer. After standing there for about 5 minutes, 1 of the 3 workers turn to us and says, it's gonna be 25-30 minutes wait for us to place our order. WOW, it blew my mind. Of course we left and went 2 exits down to McDowell's location and had lunch. This location is absolutely garbage, don't waste your time or money please

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lack of disregard for someone with an egg allergy is baffling. I asked the team member if the sandwich has egg in it and he didn't check nor informed me that there was book that they could look at to tell the customer (me) if it had egg in it. The manager ended up making my wrap and after 3 times, I just asked them to make it dry with no sauces. Whoever the guy who was making sandwiches honestly should be fired because someone’s allergies should be taken seriously. They did not offer a refund and instead offered me a drink or a brownie. I will never be coming here. The guy who rung me up also didn't know that the mayo has egg in it. McDonalds has better customer service than this dump!!

so I went to Jimmy John's for the very first time. Unfortunately I didn't realize the sandwich I ordered came with mayonnaise, but I ran back into the store and let them know and they made me a new one on the spot. That's good service five stars.

If you want to pay $10 to have your sandwich made wrong and only have 2 thin slices of meat and cheese between some bread then yeah come here.

After ordering a chicken caesar wrap and a number nine, I waited 25 minutes to receive my food as to the employees stood there and made conversation. Myself and five under customers after me were waiting for our food to be made. I observed no hand washing after working the cash register. And another associate putting on gloves after clocking in with no hand washing as well. Although the gloves were changed and the food was ok, it was not worth a 25 minute wait. Freaky fast does not exist in this location.

I don’t know much about Jimmy John’s, but I do know their drivers are a menace. I had one today on the side street of my neighborhood. I was close enough to see the driver look right at me and pull out in front of me. Had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting them. So if you order delivery you are putting other drivers at risk.

Use to not have any issues with this location, but now they seem to always be "out of bread." Either they don't understand that this area is growing in population, cannot plan to meet the demands, or are lazy and are just trying to get out of work early. Either way it's annoying for us health care workers looking for a quick and easy meal. Probably losing our business!
