Took 12 min for the order to come out and still got it wrong. Some customer came after me ordered and got their food on the spot. Chicken was missing skin, employee said it was normal. Worst service ever

How is this place still open? The food is horrible! When they’re supposed to be open, no one is there to open. The last time I tried to eat here, I waited 45 in the drive thru for my food! If corporate is reading this, YOU NEED NEW MANAGEMENT HERE! A ENTIRE REVAMP! This is a great area and this restaurant doesn’t fit at all! Please close and give room for a restaurant that actually cares! This is the worse fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life!

We ordered a special on Halloween and it said pickup in 20 min. About 35 min later it said our order was ready. I got there and waited and waited- only to be told they are so backed up and the app is separate than them that it would be 45-1.5 hours. I need to go trick or treating- I can’t wait for that. I asked to cancel and they said I would have to do it on the app. Well we tried and since the order was “ready” it was too late to do it on the app. By the time we were done trick or treating and trying to work with guest services on the app and KFC- they said the window of time was paced for help. Horrible customer service. I wasted an hour trying to get food at KFC, spent $31 and never got any food to show for it. I will never go to that location again- and maybe not another KFC.

I was passing by and my son wanted to eat there, but the service was terrible. The young woman was attending to her boyfriend, ignoring the other customers. We stood in front for more than 10 minutes waiting for napkins, and the young woman was returning the biscuits with her bare hands, without gloves, and eating in line.

If we could leave a 0 star we would for service. We showed up at noon on a Saturday. They said we would have to wait for fries because they were in the middle of cleaned the fryer? We then went inside and asked for sauces for our meals, and they said they’d have to charge us and told us the receipt machine was broken. (Manager didn’t want his name on the receipt.) then the receipt printed right in front of my husband and the manager threw it away and walked away. Super shady management. Won’t ever go back to this location. No wonder they have terrible ratings!!

If I could give this zero stars, I would! No butter, no honey for the biscuits on a 16pc family meal. They charged us for the jalapenos we ordered, but we didn't get them! We ordered a 16 piece family meal - asked for half regular and half extra crispy. This should be two 8-piece meals in essence. NO- all of the thighs etc were extra crispy, all white meat was regular recipe?!
We will never go back here - this is ridiculous, and a ripoff!

This place feels like a social experiment, if you feel like you want to have a bad day, and talk to some horrible people, this place is perfect.

When you go through the drive thru, you’ll be greeted with the most annoyed “what do you want” you could ever hear. When I told her I needed time looking at the menu, they said “say KFC when you’re ready!”…????? When you’re adding items, they’ll repeat, “are you done?”. It’s comical actually, how annoyed can you possibly get for doing your job?

When you drive to the window, there will be someone constantly making drinks for *seemingly* no one, especially if you’re the only person in line. They will then open the window after you’ve waited 10 minutes asking “what drink did you get.” In the most annoyed tone you’ve ever heard.

I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes just for my food to STILL be cold. I can’t even be mad. I decided to waste my time to get the full experience, and the full experience is what i got.

Not one smile, not one greeting, This whole place needs to close down and have much needed renovations and a whole new team of staff. Quickly.
