If we could leave a 0 star we would for service. We showed up at noon on a Saturday. They said we would have to wait for fries because they were in the middle of cleaned the fryer? We then went inside and asked for sauces for our meals, and they said they’d have to charge us and told us the receipt machine was broken. (Manager didn’t want his name on the receipt.) then the receipt printed right in front of my husband and the manager threw it away and walked away. Super shady management. Won’t ever go back to this location. No wonder they have terrible ratings!!

This is the most ridiculous restaurant around here. They are always out of something at 11:00am and they open at 10:00am.

If I could give this zero stars, I would! No butter, no honey for the biscuits on a 16pc family meal. They charged us for the jalapenos we ordered, but we didn't get them! We ordered a 16 piece family meal - asked for half regular and half extra crispy. This should be two 8-piece meals in essence. NO- all of the thighs etc were extra crispy, all white meat was regular recipe?!
We will never go back here - this is ridiculous, and a ripoff!

This place feels like a social experiment, if you feel like you want to have a bad day, and talk to some horrible people, this place is perfect.

When you go through the drive thru, you’ll be greeted with the most annoyed “what do you want” you could ever hear. When I told her I needed time looking at the menu, they said “say KFC when you’re ready!”…????? When you’re adding items, they’ll repeat, “are you done?”. It’s comical actually, how annoyed can you possibly get for doing your job?

When you drive to the window, there will be someone constantly making drinks for *seemingly* no one, especially if you’re the only person in line. They will then open the window after you’ve waited 10 minutes asking “what drink did you get.” In the most annoyed tone you’ve ever heard.

I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes just for my food to STILL be cold. I can’t even be mad. I decided to waste my time to get the full experience, and the full experience is what i got.

Not one smile, not one greeting, This whole place needs to close down and have much needed renovations and a whole new team of staff. Quickly.

I usually don’t give out reviews but the fact that I even have to give out a 1 star to this place is a crime. The people who work there don’t care about anything and make everyone wait 40 minutes for a piece of chicken. If I had a dollar for everytime I had a bad experience here I would be rich 🤑🤑

Came at 9. They close at 10. They told me they don't have any chicken. My best guess is they stop serving at 9 so they can finish cleaning at 10 to go home. As person who receives hourly instead of salary I don't get it. These people don't want you here. They dont even want to be here. Don't come here. 1 star

I don’t know how they can mess up my food . They barely have customers. Tonight I spent $30 on some dry chicken with three different shades.

I try & give everybody the benefit of the doubt, but this location has SERIOUS ISSUES on EVERYTHING...We have patronized this location for the last time. If I go back there again, then shame on Me. I didnt know the tenders came in various sizes. There is no uniformity @ this location compared to other KFC Locations. I tried calling the # on the app, but to no avail.(520) Area Code. If You want KFC like its supposed to be, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Patronizing The KFC Location @ Indian School / Dysart. I have NEVER had a Bad Experience on ANY LEVEL...Cotton Lane / Yuma Rd could DEFINITELY LEARN FROM THEM.WE ALL HAVE OPTIONS...Im only putting 1 Star because I dont have a - Star.

Nice looking place but there is a huge lack of service at this location. There is nobody in the drive through or the dining room and I am still waiting for my order. Employees are talking and joking around instead of getting food out. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Specifically ordered no dark meat, and the only thing I got was dark meat. It's like they did it on purpose, horrible service, I called the restaurant and all they said was come back and we'll give you mixed chicken because we can't give you all white meat.
