Little Caesars Pizza

Steer clear at all costs! They let me order a pretzel crust knowing they didnt have cheese sauce. The crazy puffs i ordered were burnt as hell. Also ordered a stuffed crust and they gave us regular. Now we're sitting on the phone for over an hour and they just keep picking up the phone and hanging up.

The app created an issue needing me to call this location. I called and waited while it rang 2x for 30 minutes each; the third time I called I told them the issue, they put me on hold and I waited 45 minutes. I called 1 more time to see if they forgot and I was waiting with 15 minutes for them to pick up the phone.

I had to bring the issue up to corporate do to an app glitch and customer service issues resulting in a refund for a pizza party.

Always greasy, dripping with grease literally. I know pizza is greasy already but it soaks the box and I can hold it upside down and watch the grease drip off. Compared to other little ceasars this one is the worst. But it’s the only one in the area.

They suck they gave me my pizza with half of it missing tomatoe sauce and pizza

Terrible service, there was two young girls working and they were very rude. They had me wait over 30 minutes for a hot and ready. They were serving other customers that ordered after me before I got my food. And they were just very rude when I asked them about it or what can be done about this. Recommend go to Pizza patron or the other locations. And the food was pretty bad because it was sitting in there for over 30 minutes.

July 24 at 7:52pm, order classic pepperoni. Looks old, is cold and yes crust is hard as rock:( please refund asap order #1206462. I called but no one answer phone. Disappointed.

No such thing as hot and ready at 2:30 pm
The food is expected but waiting for what's supposed to be available is frustrating

Worst pizza I've ever had. The service wasn't very good either.

For some odd reason the employees are giving out mobile app orders to people who are ordering in store. I came 10 minutes after my food was ready and I see someone grabbing my order from the kiosk, I asked the employee and she said they are remaking my order and to wait 10 minutes. I did and they gave me the wrong order (assuming they forgot what my order was). Not once, not twice, but three times they messed up and couldn't get it right. Horrible service sadly

They cannot read and understand English. Took over an hour for them to make 1 pizza and they cannot read the slip that states the toppings. Avoid at all costs!!

the worst little casars by far. over an hour of wait time. they then proceeded with giving my order and when i checked it wasnt right and only then did they tell me that they were out of jalapenos(i ordered the fantastic four pizza) so it was basically a regular pepperoni and i got charged for the fantastic four pizza. never going there again

After placing a order, gave them three hours to get it right, got there, not only did they not have my info but I had to reorder and wait. Didn't offer any apologies or to credit me back any money and have the nerve to request a tip. Never ever again.

Ordered the fantastic 4 pizza & it was clear this was a very old order. There was dry pizza on the outside of the box, the pizza itself was dry & burnt but also the box was covered in grease. They forgot the sauce too for the bread.
