Little Caesars Pizza

This place is always behind on their orders and they’re always rude. They ignore their customers and then act like the customer is the Problem. Every time I have to DoorDash her there’s a problem, one of the worst little Caesars in the city

Awful place… very rude lady that works there. Rolling of the eye isn’t very good customer service. I used to love ordering at this place but I won’t no more and recommend you not to:

I would give zero stars if I could. Second time ordering from this location. Second time they have messed up order. I should have looked at reviews before ordering a second time. Ordered through Door Dash. Only received half of my order. You guys can do better.

Halloween night was very busy to say the least. They had tons of people waiting in the lobby but still managed to keep smiles and a positive attitude while getting hostile, and disrespectful comments from other customers. Even tho the wait was over an hour for most of everyone’s orders you guys did the best you could and you all were working as a team and were effectively communicating with each other and switching off tasks so things would stay as organized as possible. For when leadership/management reads this review please know that the crew working Halloween night between 8-9:30 did everything they could to make that establishment run as smoothly as they could with the resources they had. To the lady who was between the front and boxing the pizzas I am sorry for the rude comments from one customer who was cussing you out. Please know you couldn’t have handled it any better than the way you did!

Got a pizza from there last night, and not only brought home pizza but a few new pets too. Opened my box to FRUIT FLIES all over my pizza and immediately threw it out.

Ordered online 40 min early.
Food was not ready when I got there. Tried to pay cash and card. They try to charge me $8 extra for no reason. There is no manager, they can’t call the manager and I’m waiting for 10+ minutes on my 30 minute lunch break for my food. Useless staff and half asses apologies. Do no order online or ever come here

Ordered two pizzas for home delivery and the driver never came. Looking at the application, it showed delivered. Called customer service and they claimed not delivered. They claimed that they would do a full refund, but if I still want it - to order again. That will NEVER happen again.

I ordered from Uber eats. When I got my pizza. It was wrong. The crazy bread sauce was watery and tasted gross. And they forgot my cookie dough brownies that I paid for. Very disappointed and unhappy.

Such a scrappy place I dont see how it stays busy. First time ordering from them tonight and it was terrible. Ordered at 7:06 and didn't get my food until 8:30. Everything was stone cold and I didn't even receive the sauce I paid for. The cheesesteak puffs had two of them looking pre-chewed and the people brave enough to try the other two said it was disgusting couldn't even eat it. The pizza tasted raw even after having to reheat it in the oven due to it being ice cold. And it made me feel sick. Total waste of money and they have the nerve to deny a refund for their mistakes. Will never order again. Lesson learned always check the reviews first.

This is the problem if your business is based on having pizzas hot and ready then you should have pizzas hot and ready I came in 30 minutes after they opened no pizzas ready with a 20 minute wait no other customers that is completely unacceptable
