I pre ordered online and still had to wait in the drive thru for about 10min. My order did not have my pickles , for some reason it never does and the sandwiches were smaller than usual. Ordered a French dip and it had only 3 small slices of meat in it, and the chicken salad sandwich had more lettuce than chicken salad. I've been to this place several times before. This experience has left us hungry and so disappointed!

This location is clean and has a good size lobby if you decide to dine in. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. My sandwiches were prepared as I ordered. If you desire Mayo or mustard for your meal, be sure to grab some - they have to go packets available. Also, the sugar cookie is amazing and there's a new dessert-Butter Pecan Cheesecake. I can't wait to try it. I gave 4 stars because: I didn't have napkins in my bag, the outer edges of the wrap were dried out and the lemonade at this location had a different flavor.

Ordered the Reuben sandwich. Ate part of it and it was quite good. When I got home and was going to eat the rest of it I realized there was no cheese on it. What? Anyway, I would order it again but make sure the Swiss cheese was on it as the menu states.

They continuously forget the avocado on the BLTA. Without the avocado, the sandwich is overly dry. They don't answer the phone so you can't call and report it.

2nd time, I've been there both times the service and food were great. Potato Salad is sweet a little sweeter than I normally like but still good none the less. Sweet tea with black cherry flavoring was good also. I would recommend this place and will be going back to.

I've been here twice, and the food has been fantastic both times. The smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich is to die for and not spicy at all. Fresh and tasty, and the ciabatta roll is so soft. Today my boyfriend got the French dip and it was perfect also! Broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken Caesar salad are also delicious.

We waited for our food for more than 45 minutes and when we did get it, the food was cold. My BLT was soggy, and Wilted the lettuce.

So my order was wrong this is the second time coming to this location and it was wrong. When I returned with a picture of the sandwich and the receipt the manager was very rude and even acted like it was bothering her that my order was wrong. Horrible service we won't visit this location anymore

We love the one on Bell Road and were excited to have one in Goodyear. We've been there three times. In comparison, the Goodyear location is abysmal. Orders are much smaller. There are ingredients always missing. Not going back. We'll make the drive.

My son went in to place our order to go. After we got home, I noticed they had added an unsolicited tip for around $5 on a $28 order. We didn't dine inside so not sure why they did this. My chicken salad sandwich was delicious and my son said his potato soup was "ok".
