First time here. Outdoor and indoor presentation was nice and clean. Yes, even the mens restroom. I cant speak for the Ladies. Kolbys services and patience with me and my little one during the order and His recommendation, spot on. Definitely will visit here again and bring the family.

Been going here for a couple of years. Prices were higher, but the quality and quantity were ok. Now, not anymore. Portions are smaller, price is even higher. Quality has dropped. Kiya was surly at the counter, and just plain not customer focused. $32.28 (including tax) for a combo (1/2 sandwich and side) and spicy southwest chicken sandwich that was neither spicy nor tasty and a cup of subpar soup. I'm happy to pay for quality, but this was not that.

Went in at lunchtime. Waited over 30 minutes without getting food. I told the cashier I needed a refund because I needed to go. They said they couldn’t do it because the manager was making sandwiches. So I waited longer thinking I would just get my sandwich. The order screen gets to my name and they erase my order. Left without a refund or a meal after about 45 minutes. Took my receipt in after work and a different manager said they would give me a refund. Still hasn’t happened 2 weeks later. They basically stole $16 from me for a nonexistent sandwich.

Went in and ordered to go with family. Three young girls working. Two of them at the counter playing around and hanging going outside with friends! Result messed up my order! I asked for Mccalister club! My receipt shows club and not cut up in 4! Also I don’t have the additional decker! 10/10/25 at about 6:25pm!! Also no signs free cookie ends at 2pm in print for Fridays!!!!
Will not be back!!! Do better!!!

Kolby made my experience at this McAlister’s location very pleasant! He was very polite and professional. When the register started having technical difficulties, he asked Eddie to assist. Eddie, without hesitation, rung me up at another register and was able to take my payment.
I ordered 2 of the “Choose 2” meals—the signature club sandwiches and the smokehouse spuds! The food was hot and made to order! The best part was that my spuds and sandwiches actually looked just like the photo on the menu—this was not the case at a different location! I can appreciate this location’s effort and attention to detail! Thanks Kolby, Eddie, and staff!
My entire family decided today was a great day to have sandwiches. After receiving the order we found it high-quality, tasty flavors, and exemplary customer service. I definitely will be returning to this location.
