I really just can’t believe someone would see this almost completely black avocado and still use it!! Of course since it was a pick up order I am not going back to get it fixed but I am disgusted!

I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago and had to come back to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I love this place the food is great quality, the prices are reasonable for that quality, and the staff is great. They use real plates and silverware for dine in which keeps them out of landfills. They were changing the Dr. Pepper when I ordered so they gave me a large at no extra cost. Special shout out to Kaiya. She was very patient with a pair of difficult customers and kept a smile on her face. I will be eating here frequently.

On 14 Nov at 205 pm. I walked into McAllister’s on West McDowell to order some lunch. I walked up to the counter to order and a gentleman with a beard with a drink refill walked up behind me. The chubby black woman with glasses and long braids, possibly the manager, did not acknowledge that I was standing calmly at the counter ready to order and instead took care of the gentleman's refill behind me. I guess me standing at the counter waiting to order was just an apparition. I calmly walked out and will never return. The food is nothing exceptional but more on the convenient side of things. Truly do not understand the thinking of some people in the customer service industry that should not be there. With the amount the food selections there are in the area, the current economy and lack of good customer service will break a restaurant. This individual was not friendly with the guy and his refill. Giving this review a One star because I have to give something for a rating.

The food was good , had no complaints, I love potato salad and having home made when I was a kid is not the same as fast food , but their potato salad is good you get a lot of food for the price I got the Angus sandwich you will never go wrong

The food options here are really great and the prices are reasonable. Potato salad is incredible and so are the salads and sandwiches!
First time here. Outdoor and indoor presentation was nice and clean. Yes, even the mens restroom. I cant speak for the Ladies. Kolbys services and patience with me and my little one during the order and His recommendation, spot on. Definitely will visit here again and bring the family.

Been going here for a couple of years. Prices were higher, but the quality and quantity were ok. Now, not anymore. Portions are smaller, price is even higher. Quality has dropped. Kiya was surly at the counter, and just plain not customer focused. $32.28 (including tax) for a combo (1/2 sandwich and side) and spicy southwest chicken sandwich that was neither spicy nor tasty and a cup of subpar soup. I'm happy to pay for quality, but this was not that.

Went in at lunchtime. Waited over 30 minutes without getting food. I told the cashier I needed a refund because I needed to go. They said they couldn’t do it because the manager was making sandwiches. So I waited longer thinking I would just get my sandwich. The order screen gets to my name and they erase my order. Left without a refund or a meal after about 45 minutes. Took my receipt in after work and a different manager said they would give me a refund. Still hasn’t happened 2 weeks later. They basically stole $16 from me for a nonexistent sandwich.
