This is the absolute worst McDonald's. I have never received my order in less than 15 minutes. I'm writing this while sitting in the drive thru at 230 pm. And I have already been waiting for 10 minutes and the line has not moved. Get a new manager here

Lack of organization at this location. Orders were taking a very long time, people weren’t being helped, and several customers were coming back with wrong orders including mine. There were multiple complaints from others. The manager didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency or concern to help resolve the issues, which made the situation even more frustrating. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this restaurant.

How on earth do you forget someones order when there is only 1 or 2 customers. Ask multiple times and then still get it wrong? What happened to putting effort into work?

I dont know whats happened to McDonald's in the past 6 months but they need to fix it ! Service is atrocious, took me LITERALLY 20 mins to get a Big Mac meal . Food sub party to begin with not worth waiting forever and dealing with rude people .

I have had up and down experiences here but my recent one was with Delanna. She was excellent and I have had her before. She deserves a raise. She's by far one of the best employees here!!

Worst customer service in the mornings. The female manager with the black hair seems to be bothered by everything! I ask for something I pay for and she’s in the background with an attitude talking shit loud enough for me to hear from my car. If you’re reading this, fix your attitude it’s ugly. Life is better when you smile and aren’t negative!

Service is still terrible since opening. I figured this place would get better but still failing. Update service is still terrible. Waited 25min for a mobile order. I ordered off app around 10:45am and waited 25 min in restaurant for order. This was on Oct 15 2025. So yes still terrible service at this location.

The ABSOLUTE worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They have the most rude employees honestly hate to give a bad review but I have have multiple chances. Terrible service sooooo slow no matter what you order you will get ignored if you wait at the cashier stand EVERYTIME and your order will take even longer just to be cold. I’d recommend any location but this one. It’s terrible
