McDonald's is a great restaurant with excellent employees. The service is outstanding, with a manager who is doing a great job leading the crew, even during busy times. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ramps. However, some customers have experienced slow service and difficulty ordering, and some have been disappointed by the lack of strawberry sundaes and cold, poorly tasting food.
