This is the first time that I visited the McDonald's location. We brought our small grandchildren in for breakfast this morning on black friday. I was amazed at how nice is McDonald's is. It looks like it's fairly new to me. I don't understand the low stars for this location. Everything was very clean and the restaurant and there was also hand sanitizer available. There was nice music playing which was made it a nice enjoyable place to eat. All the staff were so friendly which really made the biggest difference of all. The food was good, and we didn't have a long wait . As far as McDonald's go, I really like this location and I would definitely visit again. I would like to acknowledge Deanna, who we talked to when we were at the restaurant. She was cleaning tables and I apologized to her because our eight month old grandson was throwing food on the floor. He was so gracious and told us not to worry about it and that she had small ones at home too. She just really displayed great customer service as well as everyone else that we interacted with.

This is by far the worst damn mcdonalds. The drive thru takes forever, they miss items and I have to go inside to get the things I ordered.
Going inside to order? Everyone is confused and takes just as long to order.
The place needs new management asap.

I ordered 2 of the quarter pounder w/cheese deluxe and there is no lettuce, 20 pc nuggets, 2 large fries and 1 medium fries and they were super cold when I got home. Mind you I live 2 minutes from this location. I feel like they gave me fries that were sitting out for a while. This location has been declining on their service. I don’t think I’ll be at this location anymore

Horrible service…. The employees were so rude and not helpful or accommodating to my adult roommate who is special needs. We tried to do the 2 for $5 and they ended up charging for another meal coming out to $15 I told them we were trying to get the one on promotion and she was upset. Long story short she huffed and puffed and someone else ended up helping us and the promotion came up to $7.89. (False advertising) Overall, Very dissatisfied with the type of employees they hire now… Sorry if you don’t like your job (so quit), but don’t be rude to the vulnerable population. If it was me I wouldn’t have made a big deal, (I understand the food industry) but if you see someone who depends and needs help don’t be rude. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind!

I'm an old geezer and I'm not used to the ordering kiosk. The kiosk makes it real easy for the employees to ignore you.
Had me sit at the drive through menu or 8 minutes! Still wasn't able to get food.They claim they're grill has been broken now for the past 2 weeks so they haven't been able to make breakfast. When I do get the food tho, it definitely does slap tho.

Order a food via the app, put in my number and waited at curbside pick up, nothing ever came. Went in 30min after order was placed and the manager brought me out a bag of cold food to give to me blaming the app for the error and wanted to give me the cold food. I had them remake it and they did apologize just blamed a clerical error for making me wait 40min for “fast food”.

What has happened to mcdonalds? I got breakfast today and it was good but my iced coffee was crap. It's not even mixed and the staff should tell us because we assume it is and go ahead and take a drink but I choked for 10 mins on this freaking coffee because all the syrup and caramel was at the bottom. Ridiculous. Do it right the first time.

Everybody at McDonald's in the drive. Through that works, there has an attitude all the time like if they hate their job. They shouldn't work there if you have no choice, that's another thing.
