I will never eat at this location....EVER!!! I've seen a lot of things....but this location takes the cake!! I went with 2 of my kids for lunch. The first issue is seating. Walmart employees treat the McDonalds as their break room therfore there's no place for customers to sit. The main issue is the guy at the counter taking orders handling money kept wiping his runny nose with his hand. THEN he went n grabbed food to bag up. No. No. No!!! U can't handle dirty money n then go straight to touching people's food....let alone u have snot all over your hand!!!! YUCK!!! I asked for the manager n got a refund. We were totally grossed out. I didn't even want to take the drink cups from him. But we unfortunately did n now my 6yr old is sick throwing up with 103 fever!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YALL!!!!

UPDATE!! My entire family got extreamly sick after taking the contaminated drink cups that had his snot all over them.

Their kiosk is always down and the staff never take my order. They look at me and gossip with their co workers and never wait on me. They are horrible to the point it affects my mood with shopping at that Walmart.

The convenience of mobile ordering is completely ruined at this location. No matter which way I order the wait is always surprisingly long.

Unfortunately this location is so close to me.
On top of service being slow I was trying to serve myself a coke and see the image provided to show how coke only looks when it’s been watered down.

THERE NEEDS TO BE NEGATIVE STATS FOR PLACES EXACTLY SUCH AS THIS LOCATION NEGATIVE 5 STARS FROM ME. Disgustingly rude, and terrible people/service. The “manager” is disgraceful and I am more than happy I only go to McDonald’s as a LAST RESORT EVER AND THIS EXPERIENCE WAS WHY. There is no words for how they gave the worst customer experience ever… not surprised it’s McDonald’s!!! Not to mention it costs an arm and a leg to eat dumpster food.

WORST LOCATION. After placing my order I quickly realized I shouldn’t have as I looked around and found about 15 other customers waiting around with NO food. Sat there for about 25 Minutes watching the front counter person. She was moving about .02 MPH. 2 kitchen working were moving much faster and food was stacking up at the end. I know yall don’t get paid much at McDonald’s but damn that was the slowest service I have ever seen. After I waited a total of about 30 Minutes I finally went up and asked as I am pretty sure I saw my food sitting there for about 5 minutes and it was not bagged. She explained that it was busy and she is trying her hardest to get the orders out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I watched her make someone else stand around for 20 minutes and all they ordered was some fry’s! And for the manager who came up when I then asked for a refund. Shame on you for seeing food pile up and not get to bagging and helping out. These people need to figure something else out.

This location is the WORST, at all times of the day. The day manager Betty holds no one accoutable and is never there, and always taking breaks. The night manager Brent would rather ARGUE with the customers rather than ask what is being requested, ie, fresh fries, a fresh patty.
I watched him print my ticket and stick it to a machine next to the printer. All I ordered was 2 vanilla cones and I had to wait 20 minutes.
20 minutes for ice cream that's already made.

And this was after he left me waiting at the counter for 7 minutes, ignoring me. He'd rather pack mobile orders than pack the food of the customers who are there waiting or assist those in line.

This is not the only time, I'm just finally DONE.

I'd rather see a Subway in that Wal-Mart instead of this horribly ran McDonalds with horrible management.

Don't bother calling corporate either, they don't call back or anything, even after multiple complaints.

Idk why they need people in the front they clearly don’t want to do their job and take an order was asked to use the kiosk while they just stood there talking like I ruined their conversation then didn’t put sauce in the bag and didn’t give us our drinks till I said that we needed those might as well just keep the cooks and get rid of the cashiers since we have to use the kiosk anyways

This afternoon, I ordered a hamburger and Mcflurry for my daughter on the app. After I completed the payment and was waiting for the food. I was told by the manager that they don't have vanilla ice cream and was willing to give us something else. I get it, sometimes the Ice cream machines are broken or not refilled... For anyone who is given this replacement, you would assume they would pick something equivalent to the price that you paid, $4.49. For a kid, food, soda and coffee was out so we ended up picking a Strawberry Banana smoothie. I was kind of reluctant to get this because we never tried their smoothies before. I saw the Manager making a small size smoothie. And I asked the manager if we could size it up. I mean, I was thinking there's no way this small smoothie is $4.49. She then upsized the smoothie with a side of attitude. Like, did I really do something wrong? Is this how you treat your customers? I am causing an inconvenience for asking for a medium smoothie? Anyways, we ended up chucking away the smoothie after 2 sips because it's literally super sweet. Just Please! update your store apps. We could have avoided this place and gone to a different McDonald's. I wasn't offered a refund and wasted $4.49 for a smoothie that we didn't want in the first place...
