I’ve lived up here for a couple years and I’ve dealt with a lot of bad service, but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly being asked to pull up when there’s no one in line, And even when you do pull up, they forget items! This is the fourth time in a row that I’ve ordered from there and I haven’t had my order right!

At this point with the prices, compared to the size of the food and the quality just go to an actual restaurant or make it yourself. It’s just bottom of the barrel quality

I was addressed in a condescending tone when I was asked if I had ordered a McDouble meal by a male staff member today. I replied that I had chosen the $6 meal deal instead. I was originally dealing with a girl until this ride guy interrupted. During our conversation, this guy intervened and shushed the girl who initially handled my order with a finger. She was trying to explain the situation to him, but he rudely silenced her. I've never witnessed such damaging workplace abuse in my life. When I asked for BBQ sauce, the girl rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. It seemed like she might have blamed me for the kid being rude and disrespectful to both her and me.

Went through thr drive thru, came home starting eating big mac and it had no meat patties on it. Just lettuce sauce and cheese. Last time they short me a burger.

How can you possibly screw up fries ! Well let me tell you this store doesn’t even put salt on their fries and most of the time they old or cold and for the new chicken strips good lord they were over cooked hard and dry and I think by far the worst truck stop strips you could ever have very disappointing the owner should have his franchise taken away for good Ps this place sucks

When their coffee is brewed properly, it's excellent. However, a few of the crew members pour a cup before it's finished brewing. If you're on the front end of the pour, the coffee is weak. If you're on the back end of the pour, it's strong. Waiting 7 minutes for a pot to brew is not a big deal. Do it.

Staff is rude and Mcafe is never available due to cleaning machines. Avoid this location
The experience was awful. Everything was cold and icky. I got the double burger and nuggets and fries. Nothing was good. My honey mustard packet seemed like it was 5 years old and clumpy. And the soda machine was not working.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the entire state. Probably country. Order is messed up 8/10 times. I gotten forgot about before when I was told to pull up to the front. Waited for 20 minutes. Had to go inside to remind them I was out there.

They always have long waits and the staff seems lost. Needs a lot of help with training staff with processes and customer service.
