Service has gotten slower. The waitress was nice but still took a long time. Also the wings were very small. I did see another person's so it might have been mine were the last of a bag but while the flavor was good it was disappointing. Used to love this branch but not so much anymore.

I remember that their stripper wings were like chicken strips...now they are little pieces of chicken. Sad. .and their workers could definitely learn to smile and provide quality customer service. Now I remember why I had not gone there in awhile.

What more can I say than the 1 and 2 star reviews in the past 6 months. Apparently when you order wings you have be very specific that you want all traditional, not a boneless thrown in. Or how about a 35 minute wait for wings when you don't see your waiter for over 25 minutes. Then the steamer broke so that's why the wings were so late? I didn't order steamed wings. Now my server is telling me put sauce on the wings himself? So he is a chef? Does he have a food handlers card? Did he wash his hands after handling money and dirty cash out tickets ? I am never coming back to a native ever! Take a look at the pictures, the wings have been sitting under a food lamp so long it's turned to a crisp. The sauce is non existent on one and flooded in the other. P.S. I noticed a now hiring sign on the door, I can see why...

This is a place that is suffering from bad management. The help is spread to thin and hangs out in the back too much. No floor manager to keep everything rolling. Too bad, they have decent food and atmosphere. No one seems to be in charge.

First-rate environment and very affable service. The menu was fresh and delightful. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Reasonable prices and large portions. Great work.

Slow service and our order wasn't accurate. We sat in the bar area at around 4pm. Neither the restaurant or the bar were busy. Took approximately 10-15 minutes for our initial drinks (waters). And after 20 minutes we order an appetizer of the shredded pork queso dip. When it arrived the cheese was cold in the middle. So we sent it back and it came out warm this time. So no worries...mistakes happen. Then we ordered wings and an order of the boneless skinless strippers. The skinless strippers came out breaded and deep fried. And when we inquired about the breading we were informed that we need to specify that we wanted them that way or else the default is to serve them w breading/deep fried. Maybe that's the case but it would have been nice to be informed of that while ordering. Both meals were accompanied with ranch dressing. We always order blue cheese. And I don't recall the server asking when we ordered. But that was rectifed...so not really an issue. I will say that up to this point the staff was friendly and made eye contact with us as the passed etc. The manager (40's to 50's female) walked by. So we stopped her and only mentioned the slow service and cold appetizer cheese. She said she was going to talk to the staff. Not our intention and wrong answer. We didn't care to have anything comped but we were taken back by her response. After that the same staff member who engaged us no longer did and it was noticeably uncomfortable. Our server remained very professional during our visit and we tipped our customary 20%. It was the perfect storm of problems which happens sometimes. But the managers response and we would guess the conversation she had with the staff turned our visit from "stuff happens" to 'we won't visit this location again".

This one is further from home, but decided to give it a try after a horrible experience at the closer one. We arrived around 7 and were able to be seated quickly (unexpected for a saturday night, so pleasantly surprised) . Our waiter, Mitchell, was polite, quick and efficient. Our food came quickly and was delicious. Will travel the extra distance in the future just for better service.

Their pizza is awesome and their wings!? We're not going back to BWW ever again. They were DELICIOUS, better friendly service and better price for what you get. This is our new go to wing place.
Service is always good. Food is usually pretty good. The restaurant floors and tables are always super greasy. Floors are slippery and tables are sticky.

Placed an online order for 30 wings and was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up promptly 20 minutes later to pick up our order, and was told it would be right out. Here we are, over 30 minutes after showed up to pick up our order, so close to an hour after our order was placed, with no food.

It seems very difficult for them to get both the food and waiters out of the kitchen. The food would be great if it didn't take an hour to feed a family of four.

Very pleasant. Server was attentive, i believe his name was Chris. Place was clean and everything seemed to be running pretty smoothly. Tables were cleaned up as they were emptied, i look at this as efficiency
