Terrible! Not only did we wait for 45min in the “quick pickup” it then took another 15min to get our food because they forgot we were sitting there? Thankfully I checked the food right before getting on the highway because then I found out my daughter’s meal wasn’t in there. Drove back waited another 10min for someone to open the window which they only did because I honked to get their attention. All the food was cold. Alisa the manager said she would refund the meal due to the poor service, long wait time, cold food, and missing meal. But she didn’t. That was our first and last time ever going to this company. Please work with your staff on being more organized and friendly.

Had a hair in my food! They also often get orders completely wrong, but this time I couldn’t even eat it as it had a hair in it. So gross, and makes you wonder about their sanitation/food safety!

We will start with the good: Great food and good customer service. I had the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo and it was delicious! My husband had the Japanese Pan noodles which he liked and we had a side of the Wisconsin Mac and cheese also good. The bad: The dining area needs a good cleaning. There were 3 or 4 gnats in the Freestyle Coke machine where you put your cup to fill up and it was dirty. Dried soda splashed all in there which is why the gnats were there. I swatted them out of that area to fill up my cup and honestly we thought about leaving but thought well we'll just sit far away from the soda machine. However, it didn't help we came to find there were gnats all over the place. During our whole meal we were swatting gnats. We should have just left with our food but were trying to just get through it.

Ok, first of all I don’t normally leave very negative reviews of restaurants, but in this case I feel compelled to. I want to add that I ordered this from UberEats. The Uber service was great no problem there. My mother ordered the Pad Thai and it was very spicy. It does not note on the online menu that is spicy. I ordered the three cheese tortellini pesto and it was so salty that it ruined the dish in addition the amount of chicken breast that I received on my bowl was less than half of what was included with the PadThai order. I literally had four bites of chicken and I don’t take big bites. lol We added pot stickers as they were highly rated and again they were spicy!!!! I have never in my life had spicy potstickers. I don’t know if the people who prepared our meals had no taste buds or what happened? We used to enjoy the food here, but we will not be going back again. Ps even though we didn’t eat in I still rated the service as one star and atmosphere as one star based solely upon how poorly our entire food experience was. Dine at your own risk. If you want more proof of how bad this place is, after posting this review and having it up for over one month, not one person from the company reached out to me after leaving my review.

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I placed an order of the pesto pasta and as I’m eating I noticed something in my food. I pulled it out and I almost threw up. There was hair attached to a ball of flesh. I placed it on a napkin and tried wiping off the sauce to see exactly what I was looking at. I saw a black piece of hair attached to meat. I am so devastated and traumatized. Please pay attention to what you’re eating, it’s really sad that you can’t order a simple bowl of food without having to worry about disgusting things like this. I cannot believe this! Do better noodle and company

Wonderful food, the only problem I have is their drive thru pick up service. If the car at the windows food isn’t ready then the whole entire line has to wait behind them. They need some sort of system so that the cars can pull up and get their food ran out to them or have cars pull around in the line again if it’s not ready.

Mobile ordered ahead of time. Came and sat in the drive thru for 15 mins behind a car that was waiting for their order. Then we had to wait another 10 for our food. 2nd time this has happened. She took our name and left for 10 mins. At least let us know it’s going to be a while……. Customer service is lacking everywhere nowadays.

The restaurant did not look clean, which after seeing a dirty empty tub at the pick up window should had been a clue. Food lacked flavor and was luke warm. Why do we keep getting this mediocre restaurants in Goodyear.
