The cakes are fine. The presentation is neat. The store is tidy.The service is subpar. I live on the west side and after receiving poor service twice I opt to go to another location. On one occasion I walked out entirely. The lady at the counter was annoyed with a customer ahead of me asking valid questions (obviously thier 1st time). The second time I gave it a chance the employee was projecting their voice so loudly. The space is so small. I was slightly confused why she was "yelling". The WORST part was she was having trouble with the ipad/machine they use and a manager or store owner came over to her and help. While they did that the employee kept "yelling" at customers. This is a management issue. Lack of training. Lack of customer service.

Was not happy with pick up. Had my name on the order but had my husband pick them up because of work. They wouldn't give him the order without my photo ID even though he had the email with all the confirmation information on it. Felt they made the situation way more difficult then it needed to be.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. I had placed an order online for pick up and planned to send a courier to pick it up, when I called the shop to notify them, Maddie answered the phone and told me the only way i can have some one else pick up is they they come in with a copy of my picture ID. Seems a bit ridiculous seeing that I was calling and let them know a courier will be picking up, yet they still need a copy of my picture ID... ? Seeing that I am not comfortable giving my picture ID to a courier I asked her if I could cancel the order which has been placed 5 minutes prior to this conversation. Maddie went on to tell me I couldn't cancel my order seeing that it was past the 24 hour notice. The cake was to be picked up the following morning. When I asked to speak to a manager Maddie got very defensive and said she was the only one I could speak to and she would have to have a manager call me back but she didn't know when that would be. This is too bad as I love their cakes but won't be ordering from this location again.

The product itself is good, although the quality has unfortunately diminished over the years. The service is what really brings this review a one star review. I order here frequently, a few times a month actually. The most recent order I unexpectedly became very ill and didn't pick up my order. I received a call the next day which I appreciate however the caller was extremely rude and informed me immediately my order would be donated if not picked up and no refund will be given. I didn't expect a refund nor did I say I wouldn't get the order it was just the immediate communication. I was so taken back by the harshness. Again I was not expecting anything I didn't have a chance to even respond. I sent my mom to pick my order since I was still very ill and she was given the run around when she got there even though I told them I was very sick. Anyways long story short I probably won't order here anymore.

Came into town to surprise my mom for her 80th bday. I almost didn’t order from here after reading the negative reviews. Happily, I had a good experience. Cakes were correct and the customer service was great. The girls (I believe Hannah and Grace) were very helpful and kind.

I love this location!!!! Terri is always working when I go and she is so caring about if I need anything or if I need it as a gift ? They always have the biggest smile on there faces and such a great environment and yummy cakes too.

These reviews are getting out of hand, I have been going to this bakery for years never had an issue. I have read the things they’ve posted on the doors and counters and it explains how checking ids is saving the company and saving their customers!!! THEY ARE JUST BEING ON THE SAFE SIDE!!! It’s truly sad how everyone has something negative to say. The only time I’ve witnessed an employee be rude to a customer is when the customer was not listening to what the employee was saying about the id policy and you could see the frustration coming from both sides. I will forget give this store a 10/10 LOVE IT

I am still speechless, I ordered a cake for an employee getting promoted, we wanted to celebrate with her favorite! I selected a celebration cake and unfortunately it came with a birthday banner? When I arrived to pick up the cake, the employee said there was nothing they could do to help with, my problem? I understand that the cake came as pictured, however, no help was offered in trying to replace the banner or empathize with my situation. I was not going to a birthday party, and the employee kept saying there was nothing they can do. I find, this troubling, there is always something that can be done to help someone, but the unwillingness to help is the issue. I left with a cake that will not serve its purpose, and I am still trying to figure out why. I will absolutely not return to this location since the focus is not on serving consumers.

Shrinkflation at its best. Still 8” diameter but only 2 1/2” high. Plus they put the cake on a 10” cake server which only made it look tinier. Too bad my son loves this cake for his Christmas Eve birthday or I would move on.
