This place used to be great. ( they did run outta bagels pretty quick sometimes especially plain ones but was great) last time we went about a week ago we waited for over 46 min for a bacon egg and cheese plain bagel toasted and a chicken club plain bagel toasted nothing fancy no add j s or extras and it was cold stale bagel made incorrectly and they didn’t care that they gave others wrong orders before and after us and then didn’t even apologize for the mistake they had 2 employees attempting to run the business complete fail

Best bagels I’ve ever had! Sue and I were so impressed with the all around quality. Then we had a slice of the absolutely best cheesecake we ever had. So delicious! We will be regulars for sure.
Using this review as a way to give some constructive feedback to the new owner. I love this place and want it to succeed. Having said that, please enact some sort of QC. The last three times we’ve gone there we’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches (well done/double toasted). I am not exaggerating when I say the bagels were barely luke warm, let alone double toasted. A raw bagel is completely unappetizing. I wouldn’t wish that for somebody stranded on a desert island. Also please double check the receipt when you’re making multiple breakfast sandwiches (like in my wife and I’s case). We have yet to get our sandwiches made correctly and at this point we joke about the new combinations that will greet us when we get home. Putting the wrong meat with the wrong cheese, wrong cream cheese with the wrong bagel (or most times no cream cheese at all). There has to be better QC or you’re going to lose customers to Starbucks and that will be such a loss for this community. We need more ma and pa places like Oasis. Please please please just take this feedback as constructive and not at as a dig at the new management.Edit: wait I realized today after getting a bagel what the issue with the toasting is.. their new toaster only toasts one side of the bagel. I don’t know what happened to the old conveyer belt toaster but it used to toast both sides so you wouldn’t get a doughy bite.
New Owners, New Delights at Our Favorite Bagel Spot! After a change in ownership, this place has returned to its former glory, serving up the perfect bagels we all remember and love. The previous management had unfortunately let standards slip, leading to overdone bagels that drove my family and me away. However, we recently decided to give it another shot and were thrilled with the comeback. The bagels and eggs are delicious once again! While the staff could benefit from some additional training in customer service, their enthusiasm is evident. Thrilled to have our go-to bagel place back on track!"

Went in today for some bagels and cream cheese to take home. Haven’t been here in a long time, and I believe there are new owners. It looks great inside, the baked goods look amazing (will try next time). From first bite of my toasted jalapeno and cheddar bagel with veggie cream cheese…I was in heaven! Delicious! My hubby had the onion, and was already heading for another one! Yay, so excited to hit this gem up again!!

This was my first time at Oasis and I experienced the BEST customer service. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman at the counter was so polite, warm, and very welcoming. The pumpkin bread is SO good! Get a slice while they have it!
