It was my first time at this location, seemed like a fun place. They had a raffle going on, I unfortunately was given no info about it from my server. They had a happy hour, again no info. I had to go to an empty table to get a table top advertisement about it. I waited to see if my water would get trekked by the server, again, nothing. I heard another waitress explaining all of this. I wish I was seated in a different area. Poor first experience

This was my 4th visit, I was extremely disappointed in the service. Half the tables were empty yet we were sat outside abd had the worst service ever. Waitress left our beer sitting at the bar for 5 min before bringing it out, the bartender filled it up twice before the Waitress ever picked it up. When we got seated we asked for water took at least 10 min to receive, no utensils were given till we asked for them. We asked for ranch when the food was delivered and she never came back till we were ready for the check. We asked for boxes abd that's when she remembered the ranch. It was very disappointing service. We have gone when every table is full and always had great service, not sure if they are losing staff or this is brand new staff.

My wife and I love eating and enjoying a beer at Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom in Goodyear, AZ. We have been here many times and today I got to share how extra special our visit was because our server, Tiffany, was AMAZING! Not only was the Nashville Hot Chick Pizza amazing, we started off with the Spinach Artichoke dip with homemade pasta chips ? excellent. But it gets even better. Our server Tiffany was so nice, so knowledgeable, so welcoming, and super quick, and she smiled and laughed with us. What more can you ask for! Thank you Tiffany for a memorable experience. We of course will be back. The food is amazing. You deserve 6 ⭐with Tiffany!

Ordered a pan pizza and waited about 30 minutes for the pizza dough to be raw. Had to wait another 25 minutes for another pizza. No discount at all, we were still charged full price...unacceptable, won't return. Oh we were given a cookie with ice cream for the inconvenience ?
