It was and usually is busy here. The wait time was to be 30-40 minutes, but, only had to wait about 10 minutes and it was Veterans Day, which they honor Veterans with a free meal. We had, wife and I, a good meal and experience. We go here several times throughout the year, every time has been great. Thanks Olive Garden.

I really liked our server Christopher what a great dude we will be coming back for my mom's birthday party he gave us great service he made us feel welcome and the restaurant and he always asked for refills and just checked up on us throughout the whole entire night I felt special give this man the best shifts and a raise 🙏🏿

I visited Olive Garden on Fri, Nov 21 around 3pm for a last-minute take-out order, and I wish I had gotten the name of the young Black girl working at the front—she was amazing. She helped us choose our order, found solutions instead of saying “no,” and even offered a complimentary non-alcoholic drink while we waited.

She may have thought she was just doing her job, but she really took away a lot of stress and made the whole experience so much better.

We had a great dinner at Olive Garden. Our server, Bibi, was incredibly attentive and kind from the moment we sat down. Excellent service and a really enjoyable experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!

Do not come here if you are celiac or have a gluten intolerance. Yes this is obviously not a restaurant that caters towards gf people however this is a direct review on only the gluten free options listed on their menu.

I’ve come to this restaurant a total of 3 times and the staff is either ignorant or uncaring of this allergy restriction. Every time I’ve had to send a meal back because they get it wrong. The second time it happened my server immediately changed their attitude and became less friendly and attentive to our table but I tried not to take it personally, it’s a busy restaurant I get it they thought I was being a difficult customer even though it was just my food allergy. However, this most recent time I had a manger come to my table and help me with ensuring I get the right gf order but I still had an intense reaction to gluten immediately after. They obviously do not follow cross contamination protocols in the kitchen, not a safe place to eat.

Overall besides the problems regarding food allergies, the food here is always incredibly greasy! My partner and friends usually feel unwell afterwards due to the sheer amount of grease that they discover underneath all their food. The strategy of only coming to this place for the unlimited soup & salad for lunch is the only reason to come here.

My wife and myself actually went to this location. It's been quite a long time since we've eaten Olive garden so we thought we'd give it another chance. Instantly we saw that this place was super packed. So it took us about 45 minutes to be seated. The highlight of the evening was our waiter she was very attentive and took good care of us unfortunately we have to get to the bad part of the evening. I ordered chicken Alfredo grilled chicken and the gnocchi soup. The nokis soup was the Rockstar of this evening tasted just the same as it always has fresh and delicious. The chicken alfredo though was another situation. The noodles tasted as if they were sitting out on a cabinet for about 20 minutes before they were served to me The chicken was dry and flavorless not to mention for some reason they brought me out a deconstructed Alfredo meal where I had to combine all the ingredients together and mix them together myself. A very weird experience overall being that my wife totally loved her rotini mushroom pasta and the Sicilian cheesecake it saved the day. Maybe in a couple months we will attempt to come back again and see if we fare better.

We tried to celebrate my mom’s birthday at this Olive Garden, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. My brother called ahead to make a reservation for our large party. When we arrived, we were told they had no record of the reservation—yet they claimed they knew exactly who he spoke to, and that person simply never put it in the system. They told us a large party was almost finished and that they’d get us seated soon. After waiting an hour, we went back to check on the status, only to be told they had to seat everyone else waiting before us and it would be another hour. Absolutely unacceptable. We ended up taking our business elsewhere.
A birthday dinner shouldn’t turn into a two-hour waiting game because of poor communication and zero accountability. Very disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon.

We are a pretty busy family, and don’t always have time to cook, so we ordered dinner online to go from this location (delivery). The website was easy to navigate and I was able to track my delivery service time. We ordered two kids meals plus added a $6 take home meal with each (Cold meals you heat up at home), which was a great deal. We paid about $28+. A great way to save money. The food was mostly hot and fresh, but one of the kids meals fries were cold. I assume because it took a little time to get here. However we know now not to order fries on delivery again. Other than that…we enjoyed our dinner.

Food is always great. Server was just too much in a hurry. We got the never ending pasta bowl and he would ask one person if they wanted a refill. Before we could get a word out he would walk away quickly. So we would have to wait for him to come back to ask for more.
