Was hoping to post a better review however the portions of food that was given in my to go order was absurd. For a $16 plate all that was given was one slice of chicken and barely any beef (which you are upcharged for when you pick two items). All we got was all rice and salad hardly any protein as you can see in the pictures. I had already left facility and made the mistake of not checking plates before leaving. I hate it when Ono does this. Will be sticking to Chipotle instead. For the price there should be protein on those plates. The pictures don't do the plates justice. There was minimal protein nicely spread out on the plate to make it look like it had more than it actually did. So disappointed wont be going back. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better Ono!

I pulled up at 8:10pm didn’t get my order taken until 8:40pm. I know they closed at 9 so got there 50min prior. I watched them clean the entire place not worried about their customers at all. I would’ve left but I live pretty far and this was my treat lol. I get to the window get my food lil girl was very rude and could tell she wanted to leave. Asked if I wanted sauce then proceeded to not give me any like what???

Literally nothing but kids working thier first jobs. No care about professionalism. Everytime I come here the workers are always talking and gossiping. Food always takes forever to be done. Always having to wait in the reserved spot for 10mins. And this last time they were more concerned about following each other on social media instead of working.

Food was great tasting, and very generous on their portions, but it made my daughter awfully sick with throwing up nausea and got a fever. Im sure it was this that got her sick cuz we had skipped breakfast. It was the only food item in her stomach. The lady that had my order though was very attentive which was great.

The food here is great, but please don’t close the kitchen before your stated hours. I came in 20 minutes before closing and wasn’t able to order what I always get because the fryers had already been cleaned for the night. I completely understand wanting to leave on time, but if certain menu items aren’t available past a certain hour, it should be posted somewhere. Otherwise, it feels disappointing it takes away from the experience when customers can’t rely on the full menu being available until closing time.
ADDED: i’ve already left one bad review and it just gets worse LOL! I’ve encountered them telling me 30 minutes before closing that their fryers are closed because they already cleaned them and then this time it was their grill…. I asked why it’s different every time and they didn’t have an answer. I’m just confused if you’re still open you should still be serving the food listed within those hours. Every time I come here there’s something they can’t do or can’t make or don’t have. And to make all this worse they will mop the floor with their bare hands and touch your food and attempt to serve it to you right after. Definitely a health code violation in the making. Such a disappointment because I do enjoy their food but the staff even though very full is unable to provide consistent results and answers.

All kids running the establishment! Very unorganized, not able to problem solve issues. One of the monitors was not working instead of putting up a sign they just let people wait until they pulled around. Slow to process orders, and food was not good quality. Unfortunate as I normally like this restaurant but will not be eating at this one again, until they hire someone that has business management qualifications.
