It’s really rare for me to leave a review, but I had to this time. Gonzalo has been helping me for the past 4 weeks and he’s always on point. While others make me wait, Gonzalo’s the one who always steps up and gets things done. He really comes in clutch every time solid service and great attitude!

Salty greasy crap under a heat lamp bfd ! Hardly worth 13 bucks and as usual not one Asian in the building.1 Star for the Root Beer it was delicious. Panda doesn't make Root Beer, thank God!
I live in North Phoenix, so typically I'm not in this area.
However, my typical experience is usually subpar. Normally, I get a plate and at least one of the items is lacking in some way, the tables aren't very clean, etc.
Please note: I've eaten at MANY Panda Express locations across several states and had very similar experiences.
This time, however, everything was absolutely perfect.
The attitudes of the employees working were very apathetic, so I expected my standard dining experience. I don't blame them though, It's not like they're having the time of their lives working at a fast food place so I would never really subtract points for that.
And yet, all that being said, the dining area was spotless, all of my food was fresh and far better than usual, (pretty sure I was given a larger scoop than any location I've been to) and I did receive excellent and speedy service.
TLDR; This is the best Panda Express experience I've ever had, like I've just tasted the way it was meant to be tasted for the first time. 10/10, would drive 45 minutes just to eat at this location again.

Orange chicken was spicy. We chose the non-spicy orange chicken. Not sure if they cook them in the same pan, but was almost too spicy

would like to bring to attention my recent encounter with Manager. Her behavior gave me the impression that she was trying to expedite my ordering , causing me significant discomfort. Also, Priscillas eye-rolling gesture directed at coworker was disrespectful. Although the restaurant's appearance is immaculate, I recommend that Priscilla participates in further customer service training to prevent tarnishing the restaurant's reputation.

I was somewhat hesitant to visit because non-freestanding locations don't always have the freshest batches. I was pleasantly surprised how excellent the hot orange chicken was. Perfect amount spice and flavor. I wish I would've gotten a double portion. It was that good.

Good food. Clean store. The girl making the food seemed like I was bothering her by asking questions. Needs better customer service. I felt uncomfortable even asking for a cup of water after ordering 3 meals.

THEY forgot to put grilled chicken in my plate
I got all the way home before I noticed
I came back and they gave me a hard time!
I even brought back my box to show them no signs of gripped chicken on plate!
Waste of time! By the time I went back and argued for my food my other food as already cold!
If I could give no stars I would!

My family and I went in Wednesday night around 7:30pm…. Quickly I made a comment to Evelyn about how fresh everything looked and I was simply ignored… that’s fine. I continued to order our bigger plate and when I asked for broccoli beef- no beef just broccoli, Evelyn offered me the super greens instead, implying that she could not give me what I asked for. I simply told her i preferred what I had originally asked for and that seemed to bother her. Upon getting our food I realized there was quite a bit of beef in my side of broccoli. I felt it was done on purpose. That has never happened before. Some people just like to add a drag to life, she is one of those people. We will be going to the store on Estrella moving forward.
Side note, I did mention it another woman working the kitchen and she sincerely apologized.

Workers here are slow
There is a horrible smell. I was able to identify the rag that the girls was using to wipe down the counter The quality of the food is very poor granite. Nobody expects panda to be excellent, but your money would more than likely be Better spin across the street at Chick-fil-A Whataburger Starbucks, Dickie’s barbecue McDonald’s even I’ve given this place multiple chances and now I’m on Google posting because it’s so bad please don’t waste your money
