Very price competitive. But the good is just.... Well... Very average. Frankly it's what you should expect, but one always has hopes. This place was seriously long lined for several straight hours and 90+% carried out. I was surprised.. Virtually no one ate there. The staff did an amazing job keeping plenty of food available to serve, they deserve commendations actually. They moved that line and executed excellent!

Horrible Night Shift crew. Walked in an hour before closing time & was not attended by staff. Was told they were not making anymore food for they were closing soon. Very unprofessional.

Walked in at 9:45 was ignored by all the staff for about 5 min including the manager that was sitting in the corner yapping to a coworker and they didn’t have any food and they said they weren’t making more but they close at 10:30 lol

With all the different viruses & bacteria going around, I was upset that your drive through cashier (who appears to be assembling the food) didn’t have gloves on. It’s bothersome to me that I have to hand my credit card to someone who has their hands in food (with no gloves) then touches my credit card. Do better!!!!!

Panda always hit and miss 4 me but this location is pretty solid...I'm always greeted like they want me there. There is a employee by the name of Kea who works there who has a smile that could brighten the whole world🤩 and she always so polite...great staff and solid service...

I don't know what is going on here, but this place has its ups and downs. I honestly think it's the management on duty at the time. My go-to place for spring rolls, but lately, they're cooked to the point of dark brown and not too tasty to me. The chowmein hasn't been cooked properly either. This is the closest Panda to me, as I drive over 20 miles to get here. I may have to start making the trek to the Estrella Pkwy Panda, as I've had no issues with food quality there. A few pluses for the Buckeye store are assistant manager Jen and Bonnie, a wonderful lady who works there. It would be nice to see them get the little chopstick helper/trainers for those who don't know how to use chopsticks. They're inexpensive and made of plastic, but they help teach someone to use chopsticks properly. I've tried to teach multiple family and friends, which is somewhat difficult.
If I could give them a zero star I would this place is toxic horrible customer service always in a bad mood and they don’t smile. Never again

Best Panda Express I've ever been to!!! Staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. Portions were very good, especially on the Teriyaki Chicken x2 plate!

The food was good and fresh; the egg wasn't burnt in the rice. The only problem I had was that I wanted to eat inside, but there was a homeless man standing outside the business yelling at cars passing by. I even tried the new bourbon chicken.
