The black pepper steak and orange chicken were disgusting today. I hope my family won’t get sick. We tossed half of our food in the trash. Do not eat in this place.

Food always has something strange going on, some days it tastes like literal soap with a bitter chemical taste, other days they make the fried rice with no eggs, when there are eggs they're stringent with them giving you barely any when it's one of the best parts of the dish
Food is tolerable but that chemical soapy taste especially in the Orange Chicken gives me a headache and may be very dangerous!!!!

The poor reviews are spot on. This Panda went downhill at least 2 yrs ago and it hasn't improved. The chow mein is super bland. Not like that at other Panda locations. The portions are unpredictable from one visit to the next. If they run out of a menu item ( sometimes many items ) an hour before closing, they refuse to make more. You are just suppose to order something else. Ummm...if you are afraid of waste at closing, make a half batch ! This isn't rocket science. I often think I should take the managers job and turn this place around.
I ordered food and had to wait in the parking lot for it to be done but the staff was very friendly and when they came out they had added a couple appetizers for the long wait and were very apologetic and asked if we would like something to drink and brought us drinks as well. Even though we waited a little while for the food their customer service was excellent and as a customer that is most important to me.

Please DO NOT ever come to this Panda location they never get the food right and they don't even give you enough portion also they have attitude problems if your order is wrong and was their mistake!!!
