I tried this restaurant for the first time ever! I was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and tasted great. Even after a 20 minute car ride home. Very happy, prices were great. I will be returning.

This is one of the worst Panda Express locations I have ever been to.
I went inside to order since the drive-thru was full. No one was in line inside. I told the employee what I wanted. It was two simple orders. When I reached the checkout area, there was a young lady standing there, not paying any attention to what was going on. She finally acknowledged me, and took my payment.
After getting home, I found that the employee whom prepared my order didn't even give us the main order in our two entree plate. The bowl I had ordered for my child had frozen chicken in it.
My spouse returned to the store, and asked for our order to be replaced, and made right. This time, they gave my child spicy chicken, not the regular we ordered. She couldn't eat it because it was so spicy.
The management here needs to be terminated or retrained.
I visited the restaurant 9/12/25 at approximately 5:15 p.m.
Jose and Denise provided excellent service right when I walked in greeting me and asking how I was doing. They were efficient in serving the food and made sure I was being taken care of. Thank you for the incredible service
