I ordered a full grilled cheese and they didn’t have the original bread that they usually put it on which was fine so I opted in to sourdough and this is how my grilled cheese came out. Honestly very disappointing. I tried to eat the other half and had to throw it away because it was completely burnt and tasted burnt as well. As a frequent customer, this is disappointing.

I have been coming to Panera regularly for the last 13 years. I always look forward to my morning breakfast which consists of an everything bagel open face with tomatoes and onion. I travel and have ordered this at many different locations around the country. This Panera suggested that I'd have to order a sandwich and take off all the stuff to get that. WTH? She said she'd ask the manager but because there's no button on the register they don't allow that. I told her that people usually just put it in the instructions. Terrible start to my day. I was really looking forward to that bagel. I ordered coffee and left.

The fly crawling around the bread is a HUGE turn-off. Flies carry disease!
There should be a door on the cabinet to keep them out.

Worse Panera ever only been twice and both times they were slow because they are too worried about there times so they parked me both times AND BOTH TIMES MADE ME WAIT 45 min for a sandwich and a salad now if it takes you 45 min to make a sandwich and a salad you have something wrong in your head and I asked for toasted both time and gave them the benefit of the doubt like okay it’s maybe the toasting part that takes a while SANDWICHES WEREN'T EVENT TOASTED BOTH TIMES never again
