Papa Johns Pizza

So I recently Ubered 3 pizzas and buffalo wings was delivered to me around 9:50pm. I didn’t receive the Buffalo wings luckily I got a refund for them, but also on top of that the pizzas that I grabbed, you can definitely tell they rushed through. They were cut, but not up to standard and the pizza itself was very thin and I didn’t order it that way and because of this I will be ordering some where completely different now.

Pre ordered my 2 pizzas to be ready for pickup at 5, I get there at 5 and they aren't ready. Then at 5:20, I'm told they forgot to make my second pizza, so they'll get right on it. Frustrated at this point, but whatever, mistakes happen. Sit in my car for another 20 min and finally the second pizza is ready... Nope, they made the wrong pizza. Store manager says I can just take the pizzas as is (40 min late and the wrong order) or get a refund for the one they messed up twice. I take the pizza and leave. This place is a mess. there were a lot more customers waiting as well. It's clear this store is poorly run so go somewhere else if you can.

Store was easy over swamped. Behind on orders by at least an hour

So far, it has been satisfactory at this location. The first time I went to pick up my order, it was a bit of a letdown, I ordered the Zesty Italian Trio, it lacked of banana peppers toppings! Other than that, the pizza tasted great! I ended up going a second time, on a different day, ordered the BBQ Chicken, evenly spread toppings, quality of pizza was on point! The pizza didn't looked burnt! This will be my go to spot for Papa Johns pizza! The staff was friendly. I highly recommend checking this location out! As for me, they gained a new customer! I hope they don't change!

I don't know what they did but the pizza is not the same...I could barely chew it like chewing on cardboard... I will never again order pizza from there again

Ordered online, picked it up. Super simple. Nothing fancy. I was disappointed though that we bought the Shaq pizza & it was just a normal pizza. No extra pepperonis. HUGE LET DOWN. If it wasn’t discounted I would have gotten a refund.
