I door dash and I get orders here frequently and I dread it every time because I know my orders are going to take forever. My last experience here, I was waiting for an order- was told it would be another 5 minutes until it was ready. I had three different employees ask me what order I was waiting for again as I was sitting here 20 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up- turns out they basically forgot to put my last pizza in on time. Once my order was finally ready I was given zero apologies for the inconvenience. The staff here is unreasonably slow, has horrible customer service and doesn’t help or notice people in a timely matter for a store that is supposed to be strictly to-go orders.

This is the second time my order has taken well beyond the quoted pick up time. I ordered at 5:10, it said pickup was at 6:13. Arrived at 6:15 and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes! It's 2 medium pizzas and 10 wings! Then when I checked again they said my order still wasn't on the screen so it would be another 20 minutes. The manager with her cat leash and cat tail has no concept of what customer service is. This place is horrible and the employees get the brunt of it because the manager doesn't know how to run a store. 0/10

The pizza is good, order was right but as I was walking in to pick up my order after driving in from California… one worker was upset and speaking aloud in front of me and several other customers about why I had 2 separate orders. I find it unprofessional to speak in a negative manner about customers in front of customers. There was 2 orders because the website had 50% off but wouldn’t let me use it for 2 pizzas so I had no other choice than to submit 2 orders to keep the discount.

Staff are rude and charged for everything like really we ordered online for a reason maybe add the stuff online so we don't have to come down to tell you guys food was also cold and wings were gross won't be coming back

I ordered a extra large pizza with extra cheese and another topping and was given the worst service. Along with my pizza lookin very over cooked and doesn’t look like more cheese was added. Just very disappointing when I pay for extra things and don’t get the quality I know papa John’s normally does.

Friday afternoon at 2:00pm. Placed order for pick-up at 5:15 pm. Arrived at 5:10pm to be told they are running behind and my order would not be ready for another 25-30 minutes. After a long day at work..: the last thing I wanted to do is wait out in my car for 25-30 minutes for my order that had been placed over 3 hours ago.! Insane!!! Won't be coming back.

Ordered a delivery of two large pizzas and while it arrived on time, it was completely the wrong order. Instead of what we ordered, we received a small pizza and wings. The driver dropped the food and immediately left—so fast we didn’t even have a chance to speak with them. My sisters ended up having to drive back to the store to get the correct order, which defeats the purpose of delivery. Really disappointed with the lack of care and accountability.

Lady working morning shift on Tuesday Jul 22nd wonderful service

Food was cold wen we took it home.... Tasted plain...bllahhhh!!!

We live 4 minutes away. Ordered one large pizza, and plain boneless wings.
This order was outsourced to doordash. We order through papa johns, so we don't HAVE to use doordash. This order then took almost exactly one hour to be delivered to us, again, 4 minutes away.
