Ordered a delivery of two large pizzas and while it arrived on time, it was completely the wrong order. Instead of what we ordered, we received a small pizza and wings. The driver dropped the food and immediately left—so fast we didn’t even have a chance to speak with them. My sisters ended up having to drive back to the store to get the correct order, which defeats the purpose of delivery. Really disappointed with the lack of care and accountability.

We live 4 minutes away. Ordered one large pizza, and plain boneless wings.
This order was outsourced to doordash. We order through papa johns, so we don't HAVE to use doordash. This order then took almost exactly one hour to be delivered to us, again, 4 minutes away.
Was expecting better service. Kai, manager on hand, was incredibly rude

Pizza was good but the cheese was like little splotches all over the pizza on one and the other over cheesed. Asked well done and they were like undercooked. This is a good location tho I'll b back
Slowest place ever. Orders take a lot more than they supposed to. You can prove on the comments and on the people who have been here.

Told me I couldn’t pick up an order because I didn’t have a pizza bag.

A very upsetting experience. 1/28 at approximately 630 pm walked in to order take out. 1 three item pizza and a 2 liter of soda. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the young kid behind the counter until he repeated it correctly. While waiting inside it was absolute chaos in the kitchen area. Yelling back and forth about screwed up orders, orders that were missed or made incorrectly, etc.. When he handed me my pizza I repeated the 3 items and replied yes sir. Got home and guess what. Totally wrong pizza. You pay $30 plus for a pizza and soda, which is a rip off as it is, and they can’t get it right. Whom ever owns this franchise should fire the current staff and hire more mature employees with a better work ethic.
