1 out of 3 orders comes as ordered all others wrong. Then can never talk to anyone on phone to have issues resolved. Phone will just ring and ring then hang up on you. 1 time had same person answer phone and hang up on me 3 times.

Picked up this pizza for my kids and it was burnt with burnt powder on it I decided to give them one more chance because my kids love their cheese pizza after a few weeks ago they gave me and my whole family food poisoning and then this now they gave me a burt pizza and one of the slices had a eyelash hair on it smh I didn’t want to drive there and Ask for a new one because there is a older gentleman there that looks rude probably gave it to me like this on purpose smh never coming back there again

I've always liked this location, but unfortunately when an establishment refuses to give napkins... says a lot about the change in customer service. I've Dashed for over a year, have been in the service industry a huge portion of my life, and always try to give customers a top experience... including to provide napkins which most customers greatly appreciate (especially since many do not have food delivered to home, or may not have napkins on hand). When I asked for some napkins, I was told they do not give them to drivers any longer unless the customer wants it. I said I was just trying to do my job and it's for the customer (not only did they have pizza, but also wings)... the kid that was working said his manager doesn't want napkins being given out any longer. I won't be going here again, sadly. Makes it difficult to do my job to the best of my ability... and in over 1100 deliveries in over a year, this is the first place that has ever refused to provide napkins. And really - what restaurant establishment does not provide something as basic as napkins? These are your customers!

Terrible. Rude. Discourteous. Condescending. I went to pick the pizza up and told the idiot my name. He looked and said it's not ready. 10 minutes late, I asked again. He checked and said it wasn't ready. 5 minutes late, I asked what's the hold up? He check the pizzas and then the register. Then, he asked my name for the 3rd time. This time, I spelled it. He found it. It had been there the whole time. The pizzas were cold. He offered NO APOLOGY. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

We have ordered pizza and dessert here a few times. They always have our order correct and on time. We have never received burnt food or sloopy work. We enjoy getting the stuffed crust pizza and the cookie or brownie - always a hit in our household.
our food took 60 min past when it was supposed to be done. I called to find out when it was coming and they hung up on me 3 times. When I got through the manager was an angry rude little man. He lied and said it was on its way, then said they lost the order. It would have been nice if he had just apologized and said they were working on a new one.

The guy as a cashier was so rude. He was so impatient. He didn’t help a customer. The way he answered any of my questions was so not professional. I am not sure if he a manager or just a worker, but one thing for sure that he is so mean. He treated me as a fool. I just need a help from worker to get my order. Because of him, I won’t eat Papa Johns anymore.

Beware!!!!!!!!The pizza does not come out the way, you see it on the commercials. Mine was so dry & I tried complaining at the store, they said it comes like that. Looks like a New York style pizza to me. They said!!!! Horrible!!!
