Deliver people are always friendly, but the food is the absolute worst. I've ordered wings twice from there with basically no sauce on them. Pictured is what I ordered vs what I got. The pizza was cold and the sauce was open and spilled all over the inside of the pizza box.Dietary restrictions: Crust and sauce are dairy free so my kid who's allergic can eat it. No vegan cheese option though. We add our own.

Ordered a large thin crust pizza with: onion, black olives, pepperoni, mushrooms and 3 cheese topping AND brownies. Total over $40.There were BARELY any Pepperoni, some slices truly had none, onion was a tiny piece on some slices. 4 slices of black olives and maybe 2 slices of mushrooms. TOTALLY PATHETIC!!! WILL NOT REORDER

Unbelievable for giving us this awful food that nowhere comes close to the picture in the ad. This is complete false advertising and Papa John’s should quit selling these immediately! These are supposed to be a 10 piece Boneless wings. Toothpicks in my pictures to show actual size, and picture attached of what is shown on the website when you place an order of how they are supposed to look. Talked to the manager Heather which was seeming very offended that I would call about this complaint , and in my view just rude when I brought up this legitimate complaint and told me that the employees are told to mix the small pieces like this! Unacceptable! look at the pic of what they post as BBQ Boneless wings and what they served.

We called and ordered 2 pizzas for pickup on Halloween at 5:35pm. Was told it would be about 70 minutes. Ok I can wait that long. Got there an hour later and was told they only had one working oven and it would be another 30 minutes. So I sat and waited for another hour and finally they were done!

Turns off all the lights and locks the door at 10p. But they’re open until 11p. Ordered online and was met at the door by a guy with an attitude who told me to wait. Not at all what I expected. Disappointed.

They always forget the sauces wichi they charge me. And they want me to wait until they have another delivery near my house to bring them. I’m supposed to let my pizza and wins get cold until they have time to redeliver what they are missing. Called the manager and he was rude and said we had no other option but the wait or eat food without sauces
I’ve had nothing but GREAT interactions with employees at this store so I wanted to make sure I took the time to give you all a good review. This is the only restaurant that delivers to my house, not even door dash or Uber eats come out here. The food isn’t always consistent ? but my families always happy and fed. The other day the manager was dealing with some understaffing, she reached out and made sure I knew what was going on. She let me know she had already handled it and the coverage on the way. Also, my in store experiences have been wonderful, the store always looks clean and I’m always greeted when I walk in. I’ve never had a single issue here. I hope you all keep spreading the kindness?

The last pizza we ordered for pick up was ready on time, however the pizza was just not good. The pineapple was very sparse and the cheese was very thin and burned in many places. Nice teenager at the cash register, but the cook was not up to par. PJ used to be my favorite pizza chain. But I will now make the drive down the hill to anyplace else. With the rising cost of virtually everything, I don't want to pay for substandard.

Every Saturday we order and it's never consistent the pizza never looks the same. One Saturday the pizza will have a lot of toppings. Then the next Saturday the toppings will be buried under the sauce and cheese. Don't they have a script on how they have to make the pizzas? Two things they are consistent on are 1). The pizza will never be fully cut so I'll have to take my pizza cutter and recut it. 2). The number of slices will always vary and the sizes as they don't know how to cut consistent slices. We stopped getting the wings as they keep raising the prices for the wings and the size of the wings get smaller.
