This place is a joke ! The management are sleeping together not to mention finding the manager high on dope sleeping in his car ! Not once’s but 4 times I work in the same building as this pizza place & don’t get me start I’ve seen them pass out with kids in the car to doing dope outside and very inappropriate encounters between both managers, we cannot get the owner or any other person on the phone as they will not allow us to contact anybody for these complaints! There used to be a very well spoken young lady who ran this place she still works there, but she’s not in a management position and they honestly need to contact the owner and get these dope heads out of there! Pictures and videos of it too, so this is not slander

Wife ordered pizza from their website app about 4:50pm. The app asked her to call into the store because something went wrong. She looked up her bank account and found Our account had been debited the full amount. She called the store and she was told that they could see the transaction but they needed the order again. Wife verbally placed the order with Chad. Chad was pleasant and we believed we would see a pizza 30-45 minutes later. Our patience and hunger got the better of us 1hr 45 min into our wait. We were literally sitting at the dinner table waiting for the doorbell to ring. Wife called them up to ask for pizza, she was told "we think it's on its way".. This answer got to me and I called back and asked for MOD. She came on and was very apologetic, that was great and all. She said Chad accidentally tagged our pizza as pickup not delivery. She said she would return our payment in full and send us the order at no charge. I asked my wife and we both thought it was acceptable. We were told the pizza would be delivered in 45 min and the new pizza was already being made. at 8:30pm I called back and asked the MOD how she would feel or has she ever been waiting for food over 3 hours? Again she apologized but then started giving excuses why they failed us. I told her I wasn't in the pizza business, she was so those excuses mean nothing to me. They broke their promise to me twice is all I know. the pizza arrived at 8:37 while I was on the phone with her but you guessed it..... It was cold. All staff was friendly and apologized to us but cold food almost 3 and 1/2 hours later has me upset with them.
