Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is good and I rarely have a problem. But I need to mention one thing. PICK UP THE TRASH IN YOUR PARKING LOT. Everyday I go early to work in the morning (5:00 am) and get coffee at Starbucks. And 6/7 days there is trash all over the parking lot in the morning. It’s all Popeyes garbage. I guess filthy people just throw their trash in the parking lot after eating. Please clean it up! Goodyear used to be nice. Please try and help keep it that way. Your restaurant is the only one I ever see with a filthy exterior. Get the closing shift to clean the parking lot. It’s terrible and I am tired of seeing it. Thank you

Couldn't even get my food because they couldn't make change for a 50 when my order was 26 dollars.

Let's get it together team. I ordered food at 805pm. As of 830, I still havent received my order. Im usually a patient person, but WOW. Got my food at 840.

12 piece chicken meal with 2 sides and added 1 breast came out to $43.00. We questioned the manager and they stated that was correct when they have it priced at 28.99. Price gauge or overpriced? Make it make sense. Never again. We were frequent customers.

The fried chicken is quite delicious. Eat the chicken legs hot and have juice.

The food was fresh and made right when I arrived. The woman and gentlemen working the counter at 10 pm 2/1/25 were incredibly nice and genuine. The genuine great customer service just doesn’t seem to exist these days but they sure made you feel welcomed and cared for. I will definitely be back just because the treatment I got from this lovely woman. Highly recommend!

Their mobile order kept crashing, they wouldn't honor those prices. I wanted 10/12 strips. They had a family of 4 deal for $25. More than twice the price of the email they sent. I stated I didn't need 4 drinks for one person. They offered to remove my drinks and the price would now be $28.
Frustrating.

I have ordered food online, which includes free sandwich with minimum purchase of $10, when we picked the food from restaurant found one sandwich missing, my wife called the store, attendant said come next day we will take care of, when my wife went next day the Manager at this location “Deeja” was not only showed bad customer service and kept waiting my wife, and in last she completely arrogantly said, she cannot do anything. This is ridiculous, how come they hire such employees.

Popeyes chicken is always bomb. I absolutely love their chicken sandwich with extra pickles but this particular location is so slow! I have never been there when there wasn't a line. And it's one of the slowest lines I have ever seen at any fast food establishment. Just now, I walked out of the dining room Because of the line and the only reason I went into the dining room is because of the line at the drive-through. I waited five minutes in line inside and it had not moved. Then I left and got back in my car and the drive-through line also had not moved. At all. That is totally unacceptable.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Popeyes, but it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. Is this place about to shut down or what? First off, they only had root beer for soda, despite having a fancy machine that’s supposed to offer a huge variety. How can every option be out? It’s ridiculous.

Then there’s the total lack of basic supplies—napkins, condiments, all empty. Are customers supposed to eat with their hands and hope for the best?

But the service… wow. The young lady working the register was absolutely miserable. No greeting, no smile, no personality. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience to deal with customers and spent most of her time chatting with coworkers. Customer service is nonexistent here.

If this is what Popeyes is coming to, they might as well just close this location down. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being disappointed.

The service at this location is never very good. They are very slow and don’t acknowledge you while they are back working. You can stand at the counter more than 5 minutes before someone finally comes to help you. Additionally, they have 3 freestyle machines and they are ALWAYS out of various flavors. We went in today and they were literally out of all regular Coke flavors and Dr Pepper. They don’t seem to really care here.

The food was good and this is by far the most staffed fast food place I have ever seen. But the review is 3 stars because the lobby is basically out of soda and when an older man tried to ask the cashier to refill it, the small girl with clear glasses wouldn’t even let him finish his sentence. She kept cutting him off saying “that’s all we have”. Which would be perfectly acceptable if another employee didn’t walk right up and offer to get the man soda from behind the counter. She needs a lesson on customer service or she needs a new job. She also blatantly ignored us while we were trying to ask for the drinks that were part of our online order, and the same gentleman had to help us.
