PT Noodles - Goodyear

Supposedly they now offer outdoor seating, but won’t let you order unless it’s “To Go” . We said we’ll stay inside then and she said “you have to wait for table”. Poor way to keep a small business going, especially since all tables outside were empty.

This place has great food but bad service. The lady that was working there on Sunday 11/16 at 11am was extremly rude. I greeted her and she said nothing to me, instead ignored me and walked right pass me. Then she came back to the register with no eye contact and just said for here or togo. I said togo she then said she had to take someone elses order and left me standing there? At that point I told her it was ok and asked for someone else to take my order. The lady in question did not even try to hide her attitude or make things better. While waiting for my order she proceeded to ROLL HER EYES and walk around me not saying excuse or anything.. I really thought I was in a twilight zone. Like how can people run a buisness and act like that. Thank you to the gentleman who took my order. Please reevaluate your staff that was uncalled for.

Amazing food with great flavors as well as fresh vegetables and great smells. Not too much room for more tables but very good food.

I'm sorry, but this isn't asian food. It was so bad that both me and hubby got sick afterwards.
The only good thing was the waittress, who was super kind and attentive.

I've tried many different pho's across the valley and I always come back to this one. My go-to order is tofu Spring rolls and their steak pho. It's delicious and never disappoints. As long as nothing changes, I'll be coming back for a long time.

Best pho!! The quality of the broth and noodles is absolutely incredible, seriously the best I've ever tasted. The place is also spotless, which is always a huge plus in my book. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. You guys NEED to check this place out!

It was our first time here, and we arrived getting the last table available at the time. It was busy even at 3 pm. The place is small, but still spacious. Service is friendly and helpful. The portions are generous, and reasonable priced. They do offer a little different menu than the standard pho places. All in all, very good.

Went in 40 minutes before close and was laughed at for wanting to dine in as the bigger gentleman said I could only do take out and was silly for wanting to dine it while I’ve just been having issue with being over charged and not getting my refund on drinks I never ordered staff is horrible but food is great

Pretty solid pho spot in the West Valley.
Enjoyed their pho and service was good.
I would definitely go back.

Their chili oil was a really nice touch and added great flavor and spice to the pho.
