Waited forever on a Thursday night after 8pm not sure why the hold up? Normally go to the one off 107th (which I recommend) avoid this location if possible the chicken was a third of the size it normally is it’s like they cut the tenders in half and they are overcooked. This is the second time it’s happened at this location. The quality is not the best and the service takes forever.

This is the only franchise where the food is never ready when it’s supposed to. Everyone looks like they are in chaos and they don’t prioritize mobile orders as they should.

Also they have curbside pickup parking spots and they don’t even offer that option on the app.

The lady in the other line, shortcutted me and then basically screwed up everybody's order behind me.... hilarious, other than that I love canes chicken, yum!!

Good food as usual, drive thru workers were all pretty nice considering they are standing in the heat with a broken fan and mist system.

The chicken came hot fries were great and crispy, hot,just all of it was fier. I'm on weight watchers each strip is only 3 points. 10 frys is only 3 points lunch was great.

Surprisingly tasty food at this restaurant. Chicken was nicely cooked and very tasty. Cole slaw and fries tasted fresh. Portions are a little small but overall a fair value. Their lemonade is quote good and feels pretty close to being natural. Iced tea is pretty tasty also. Service is OK but we did come at a busy time and parking lot was pretty full which could be an issue during busy times. Overall a good experience.

The service and the Atmosphere was fine but the food was bad. They use absolutely no seasoning on their food. I’m sure the only seasoning they use is in the sauce. The fries weren’t crunchy at all and crumbled in my mouth.

The food is good but to be honest chicken is literally only .89cents a lb and frys are only about 1-2$ why is it $10.99 for a 3pc tender basket with drink its almost $18 that is crazy

The cashier is a thief. I bought 4 combo meals and the total price was $53. I gave the cashier $100 and he gave me the change of $27. $20 was stolen. I will never go back to this place again.

I usually don’t post bad reviews or go out of my way to comment at all, but my experience at this Cane’s ruined my already bad day. I received some bad family news this morning, and to lift my spirits, I wanted to go to Raising Cane’s. When I ordered, the lady taking my order was very snippy and didn’t respond until two minutes after I was calling for her. I have a slight hearing impairment, and I asked her a couple times to repeat what she was saying, and was met with silence. Turns out, my order was wrong :)

I ordered a box combo with extra fries instead of toast and slaw. I received slaw and toast, and three chicken tenders instead of four. In the future, I hope they improve, but I don’t think I’ll be back. :/

I love canes, I hate this location. The employees are just inefficient and for lack of better word.. incompetent. I get yall are just kids slinging chicken tendies, but at least attempt to be good at your job. The music inside is so loud you can never hear the drive thru speaker, and the order comes out wrong most times. Do better kids.
