Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I actually did an online order for delivery. Got 2 kids combos and 1 3finger combo, paid almost $40 plus the $2 since it’s not eligible for free delivery and only received the drinks. When I talked to customer service they only wanted to refund me $7 which I thought was INSANE. First time ordering online and it was the worst experience.

Pretty packed, but focused on delivering to everyone in a fast paced environment

Wow! What a MESS!!! Trash cans over flowing, waiting over 30 minutes for my mobile order in person. But hey, keep taking new orders at the front counter even though you can’t fill the ones you have. Love how they keep calling names and it’s none of us waiting. Mgr came and got our names for what then?
Also- all the mgr said is- I don’t work at this store. Well, looks like you’re the one working- so own it, or don’t.

Cashier had no personality. It was my first time there, and the TV screens were not working, so I ask for a menu and she half heartily slide it over. The chicken was greasy and lacked any flavor at all. It was super busy so I expected some fantastic chicken and fries.

Never ever will I come here again! 40 minutes in the drive thru. Tried calling the restaurant to asked what was going on because I was stuck in the drive thru and couldn't get out. Of course no one answered. We I finally got to order and ger my food no acknowledge or apology for the long wait. Employees looked like they didn't want to be there. Horrible, horrible service. Will definitely be telling my family and friends not to bother ever wasting their money there.

Very clean and comfortable to eat

This is the best location I've had ever food is outstanding chicken is white, fresh, real. Only thing I can sorta complain about if I had to would be the price of the gallon of lemonade yes is freshly made but almost $20 for a gallon of lemonade yikes it'll be the last time I order the gallon
