Just ate here for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. Our server was Alex and she was absolutely awesome! Best service we have had in years. She checked in frequently and was great with the kids. She made sure the kids were happy with their food and offered to change anything if the kids were being picky. Could not compliment Alex enough.

A lesson in patience for what I feel is inexcusable service management. Walk in Sunday 4/14/24, at approximately 3pm. Empty lobby. Store is maybe, If even at 20% of capacity. The whole center room appears closed. Both the bar table area and the open dining area have open tables. No one else in the entry area. We walk in and are told it's "about a 15 minute wait." How? Short staffed? enough to have four workers walk up to gather at the hostess podium to stand and chat, while we sit there alone on the waiting bench.Once we were seated, the bar side server, Angie, was incredible as usual. The food was awesome.

Love the burgers here. They will do them lettuce wrapped. Smoke and Pepper Burger and the Whiskey River BBQ Burgers are my favorites.Ask for extra crispy fries and campfire sauce. Yum!

Hadn't been here for at least a year, and now remember why. They were not busy, and the service was slow. Spouses burger was overcooked and came out. I was told my chicken sandwich would take a few more minutes. It took 10 and was missing ingredients. Had to ask for my tomatoes and onion and was only brought out tomatoes. Spouse was almost done with his burger by the time my sandwich arrived. We started with a pretzel app, barely enough cheese for the app, and the bites were overcooked. We didn't complain or alert the manager to anything. He did comp my sandwich due to the delay, which was nice. But when I have so many choices for a chicken sandwich and a burger, I will dine somewhere else. I don't always have that much time to dedicate to a meal. This should have been a fast meal, especially that late at night.
