Have been a customer of this location since I moved to Goodyear in 2014. The smoothies are always good, however, Customer service has decreased significantly. Staff acts miserable and are not eager to help. The location off Dysart and Camelback offers much better service and is where we’ll be going moving forward. Employees need to be trained on phone etiquette and greeting customers when walking in, very unwelcoming environment, which does not coincide with the high prices. Prices seem to keep increasing while customer service is decreasing.

I received a coupon in the mail for a buy-one-get-one-free smoothie and decided to give this place a try. When I brought the coupon in, it wouldn’t scan, and the cashier had no idea why. Instead of honoring it or offering any kind of solution, she just told me there was nothing she could do. Really disappointing. Not sure why they’re sending coupons out to local residents if they’re not going to accept them. Felt like a complete waste of time, and I left without the deal I was promised.

They put the extra smoothie in a small cup for me. Its the 2nd time they did this, so I guess it’s customary now 🙂

I used to ask other smoothie shops to do this, but they would say that they’re not allowed to, or they would do it saying they could only do it when the owner wasn’t there. So seeing this Robeks do this without me asking was very pleasant.

No extra smoothie goes to waste and I get a little more smoothie😊

Also, im vegan, and the avocado toast is vegan. Including the bread. (I checked the allergen info on their website)
