I randomly got coupons in the mail for this place and decided to check out their menu online. As soon as I saw pictures of the toasts and smoothies I immediately wanted to go and try it out. My mom and I went and both got smoothies. I got myself the Avocado & Egg toast and it was so delicious!! The cashier at the front was nice and we were able to get our order pretty quick. Definitely would like to come back and try other items on the menu.

I love to get the classic avocado toast but this location has burnt my bread multiple times. They used the end pieces for my last order so they were 2 small burnt bread pieces. I use the app to make my orders & pick up they are biased & have horrible customer service I sent my husband to pick up my order this last time he stood in the pick up line politely & the workers ignored him they didn't even offer a greeting when he walked in. They continued to help other people behind him for pick up without even asking him if he needed help even though he had said he was there for a pick up & when they finally did get to him my drinks were melted & my bread was soggy. I would suggest re training on proper customer care & presenting the food properly I don't pay that much for a bread I could make at home for it to be burned & to only get the small end pieces.

The entire team is exceptional, with employees like Savanah and Emmett ALWAYS offering outstanding customer service. This has become a consistent highlight of my visits, making each experience delightful. Robeks has truly created a winning combination of premium beverages and outstanding service.
We were recommended to eat here by our Son. It is his favorite juice bar chain. They were prompt and the food was amazing.There was no indoor seating but the outdoor seating was comfortable though it is a noisy street.
Always on point with the quality and taste of their smoothies. I've been coming here for over a decade and always consistent deliciousness!

I had never been into a Robeks before this morning, and I won't go back for fresh juice. I ordered four large fresh juices and asked if the produce was organic. The girl taking my order didn't know and asked the girl making the juice and she said "Yes." I also asked if the large was 32oz or 24oz - she told me it was 32oz. BOTH answers were wrong. The produce is NOT organic and the large is 24oz. The staff seemed like they were sleep walking with the exception of one girl who smiled at me when I said good morning to her. Total ignorance of the staff. The Evergreen juice which I ordered two of was very much only "OK" at best. They charged me an extra $2 for ONLY celery juice. This brought the price to $11 for 24oz NON-organic celery juice. Whole Foods costs $10 for 32oz ORGANIC celery. Celery is on the "don't eat it unless it's organic" list for me because of it being on the EWG's Dirty Dozen list. Very disappointing.

Great smoothies and mostly consistent quality. Service can be hit or miss depending on who’s on the register - and if the staff in the kitchen are focused or not. I’m always amazed at how many people are working, yet how long it can take to get your order in your hands. Not big on customer service, but big on taste. If it’s crowded: you’ll be waiting. Love this place! The smoothies/shakes are the best around in my opinion. Nuts about protein shake tastes just like sucking pure peanut butter with a touch of cinnamon through a straw, amazing stuff!
