The overall rating is 4/5 is because of minimal paved parking and what events they have each night. I think it is awesome they have events every night, they’re just not for me. I definitely prefer to go during happy hour time and leave before evening events.Roman’s Oasis is a unique dive bar atmosphere spot. It is actually very spacious inside. It has multiple separate sections, which are all different. They have access to a smoking patio from the inside. There is a regular type of bar area, area for larger groups, area for dancing - two I think. I did a quick loop around to check it out but ultimately sat in the front section bar area. If I remember correctly, there are four sections which are separate but also connected that goes around the entire inside.The food was pretty good and they have a large selection. A little on the pricy side, but that’s just how anywhere is these days. I am glad the food was good, which did not make you feel guilty over pricing. There are many items on the menu that I am actually interested in. I had the Cubano Sandwich. The slow roasted pulled pork in it was delicious. The next time I go, I will definitely be trying the pulled pork sandwich.The only thing they were really lacking with the menu was not having a drink menu.One more neat thing is they have shirts that are quirky and funny (for adults). Their merchandise is also available to purchase.Overall, great neighborhood spot!Parking: Parking area is minimally paved. Most of it is not.

Honestly, not sure how there are so many good reviews of this place. Must be insiders or liars. I have given this place way too Many second chances. The service is always terrible. Last night for Example, 2 of us at a table, and we were passed by over and over by three different servers. No eye contact, No saying “hi, we will be right with you. “ Nothing. Ever. This has been my experience over the past three or four years. The food is great if you can ever get served. Last night a waitress finally approached us after sitting there for 15 minutes and we told her we were just going to go somewhere else and she just said “OK” and turned around and left. No attempt to make anything better. No apologies, nothing. Jokes on me I guess for continuing to go ocassionally.I don’t know how they can consistently suck this bad. Sucks cuz they’re close and the foods good. Oh well.

The Atmosphere. As dive-y as you get. 2 (TWO!) dance-floors, pool tables, bars, food (brisket tacos!). A lovely mess of old Western kitsch.
After 3 years of being in Goodyear, we finally got to go in and have lunch. We sat at the bar when you come in. Jessica was so amazing! We didn't have drinks but ate lunch. I had a BLTA and hubby had a chicken wrap. Food was delicious. I have a food allergy and between Jessica and the cook they made sure what I ordered didn't contain dairy. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will definitely be back. Cash only but they do have an ATM.

I had such a great experience and great food at Roman's I wanted to take a moment to share. Once our server, Don, learned it was our first time he went over the menu with recommendations and honest feedback based on our preferences like we were at a 5-star restaurant. He was awesome and only nearly outshined by the delicious food. The three of us all raved about our choices and picked different things to share and taste a few different options. Don't let the cash-only sign at the door concern you, there is an ATM and fantastic food here.I'm only giving 4 starts for atmosphere because the place feels like a midwest dive bar and that should never be a 5 or it's not a dive bar anymore. Solid environment - felt comfortable and was surprising big compared to what I thought based on the parking lot and walking up to the front door.
