We had a group of 6 and loved their nachos appetizer. Plenty to share. We also had the chicken fajitas, sliders, salad and a HUGE burger. We all would come back!!

The service we received today was horrible. We assumed we were forgotten about, so we asked for a server. After we inquired, a nice gentleman took our drink order, but it took forever to get those drinks, still no server. Finally, our drinks come out, still no server. We had to ask again for a server to place a food order. Very disappointed as we’ve been to Saddle Mountains several times before and service is always fine, not great but adequate. Today’s service has us considering never going back.

The best part of Saddle Mountain is the fries. They're cooked nice and crispy just the way I like em. The beer is mid which seems on par with most of Phoenix breweries so it's not too bad. The atmosphere is nice for just hanging out with your buddies after work.

10 people. Food came out and server did not know who it went to. Some of the guest didn't get there food at the same time. Had yo ask our waitress about the food that was not brought to the table. We ordered 4 burgers of Bison & Elk. Couldnt even tast the burger with all the other added stuff on it. I asked for a glass of ice water with lemon, never got it. Jalapeno chopped was asked for and it took more than 15min to get it. Very loud inside. Will not be returning.

I spent over two hours at Saddleback, and I am thoroughly appalled by the lack of accountability from the staff regarding an offensive message displayed on a chalkboard. After enjoying appetizers and drinks, I was confronted with this unacceptable content while heading to the restroom.

When I alerted Ryan, the bartender, he was dismissive and claimed he had no idea how it got there. I then requested to speak with Sam, the manager. His response was shocking; he outright stated that he and his staff couldn’t control what patrons wrote. When I expressed my dismay at both the offensive message and Ryan's indifference, Sam showed no concern and told me it was fine if I chose to never return.

As a former elementary educator, I suggested they implement someone on staff to serve as the chalkboard monitor in order to prevent harmful content from being displayed. Sam stubbornly insisted that their staff wasn’t racist and pointed to their Black employees as proof. This is not the point. The issue is about fostering an environment where all patrons feel respected and safe.

It's unacceptable that a hair found in a dish would receive a stronger response than racist comments. I expected much more from Saddleback, and this experience has made it clear that they do not prioritize the respect of their customers. I will definitely not return to an establishment that lacks basic accountability and respect for its patrons.

Service was very good. We had the pizza and it was different then when we ate it about 6-7 months ago. It wasn't as big, but yet it was good.

Been here twice and both times the food was not the best . They lack in flavor. We ordered chicken wings, Mac and cheese and pizza! The service here is great no complaints there. The pizza was pretty good but the Mac and cheese and wings weren’t good and no flavor. I would only come back for beer
