I have been a long time shopper here at the Safeway store. However, that is now changing. I have noticed that you have to buy multiples (4-5) of the sales item to get the sales price. Also, noticed the sales items regular price has now been inflated to sometimes 25% more than the price was before the sale. Buying four of anything in a small household it’s just not something I’m willing to do. It’s also ridiculous that you have to use your app to get the digital coupon, but the app does not work in the store. I was told I should clip my coupons before I get to the store by a cashier. Between that and usually only one cashier working you are mostly forced to do self check out. I will now exclusively take my business to Costco with a run to Sprouts to get those items that I don’t need in bulk. It’s really disappointing.

Been shopping at Safeway for 10 years. It's a shame that alot of the older employees have retired. Now, most staff members are 20-30 years old. I shopped Friday at 6pm for weekly groceries and the store produce and shelves were less full than when I shop in the afternoon. Also, when I got to the checkout, the cashier and bag person were talking about another team member. The bag person was not trained. He put my bread in the same bag as my large bottle of Olive oil, my bread was smashed when I got home.Everywhere you go these days, no one really knows how to do there jobs.

Came here to pick up some balloons and flowers, and the two employees working at the balloon counter were very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience and fast.

Store beats most of the local Frys, in that it's usually faced up and well stocked. Produce looked mostly fresh, and deli was the same.

Brandon from the meat department was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find frozen marrow bones for my dog. He guided me to the usual spot they would be in and when they weren't there,he went to go check in the back and after a few minutes came back with them! I was so happy and so was my dog.Amazing customer service!

Some of the electric carts for handicap were stolen from this store. Every time I tried to find a cart to use there were none to be had. I called corporate 8 times and not once have I received a call from store manager or district manager. I find it ironic that this store is located in a retirement are and elderly/ handicapped have no way to shop but when visiting other Albertsons/ Safeway locations there are plenty of carts. Thank you store manager/ district manager for caring for your customers.

Always clean and organize. Since coming here I've never had any problems. Never had to wait in line for that long. Customer Desk is helpful. There are times when items advertised are not in stock and that's a big bummer. Bakery is pretty good at making pastries and sweets. The Deli sometimes falls short on taste with some food. There are plenty of other stores around and across the street in case you are looking for something else.

The pharmacy staff took the time to fill a last-minute Rx for my family. They did not have to make that choice, as it meant the staff were delayed going home. Great customer service and caring attitude.
