I was introduced to this restaurant by a relative when I’d visit from out of town. I now live near by and was happy to go to my fav restaurant. I’ve had the same experience 3 times.
I ordered and gladly paid for double steak burrito. Each time I ordered I was disappointed to receive a burrito that had less than what would be expected for a regular serving of meat and in no way reflected the $5+ up charge for double.
I ordered a steak burrito combo with double meat carry out. My tab was $25.15. That’s more that what you would be charged for a sit in restaurant. Fine no issue I believe in shopping local. How disappointing to get home see a very lean burrito, a serving of rice and (concrete like)side of beans.
I’m very disappointed I thought the other occasions were off days which is why I went back. But I see this is their new norm. I don’t blame a restaurant for having to increase prices but it is absolutely shameful to charge and not deliver.
Next time someone orders double portions of meat make sure the cook delivers.

I am a regular customer at this establishment and have always had positive experiences with the staff—they are typically welcoming, helpful, and kind. However, during my visit on November 20th, 2025, I encountered an issue with the cashier, Lidia. When I attempted to customize my order, she was dismissive and unwilling to assist. She refused my request to make a simple switch, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she smirked and stated that she was the manager.
Her attitude was rude and off-putting, and the interaction lacked the basic customer service skills I’ve consistently experienced from others here. I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to bring attention to this situation. No customer should feel dismissed or turned away, and I hope that ownership or upper management sees this and provides the appropriate coaching or training to ensure a better experience for all customers moving forward

Very disappointed that the girl through the drive-through is adding 20% tip on your order every time and doesn’t give you a receipt unless you ask for it. We were wondering why the food was so expensive until we finally asked for a receipt. What a scam.

We moved to a different side of town so we don’t get to eat here much anymore. Love the inside, looks great. Lady taking my husbands order was a little snotty, she was on her way out. The rest of the people were friendly and the pollo asado tacos and chicken burrito were delicious.

Young lady up front is extremely nice and polite. Gave me good insight about the food. It was served in a very timely manner and hot. I would highly recommend this place. Carne aside burrito and chili relleno plate with rice n beans.
