Absolutely terrible. Unacceptable. $80 for four burgers and fries (the were singles!) 30 minute wait in drive through. And bad attitude on the rude drive through host. First time here, never going back!

30 mins to get fast food. Expensive. Not that good. What a burger, Freddy’s, and in and out. All way better. Culver’s is better.
I have had shake shack before but I have never waited 30 mins for fast food. No worries. This is their product. Super pricier. Average taste. And slow.

It was way overpriced for an ok burger and fries.

We came in yesterday (07/20). I ordered the fried pickles, a vanilla milkshake, and a regular burger. My husband got the double burger with bacon and a fountain drink. Before we got home, my husband started feeling sick. Maybe 30 minutes of being home, he threw up 2 times and had the runs. Today his stomach is hurting so bad he cant even eat a slice of bread, body aches, headache, no energy etc.

We will never spend our money at this business again as they clearly gave him food poisoning.

When we walked in, we ordered off the kiosk as not one employee was present. This was about 8pm.

Ridiculously slow

I didn’t enjoy the burger since it wasn’t fully cooked. The shake was good, but I couldn’t get the full experience eating a medium rare hamburger

Overall, it's not bad. Unfortunately, the food was just ok. Portion was small and lacked flavor. The spicy French fries were crazy hot. Heat without flavor.

We had been wanting to try Shake Shack for some time and finally decided to take on the long drive thru line. We got a Smoke Stack and Hot Dog Combos with cheese fries/drinks, a 6PC Nugget and a S’mores Milkshake. We thought everything was pretty good, although the cheese and bacon fries were kind of disappointing. Not from taste but presentation, it looked sad lol. We thought the fry forks were clever. The only downsides we had were the wait, probably at least 30-45 minutes, it was very pricey $50+ and we both woke up the next morning with horrendous stomach aches. It very well could have been from something else, but we were both hurting and had only eaten that together. We will probably give it another try. My suggestion is focus on being sanitary and efficient.

I was so excited to finally have a shake shack near me. I arrived shortly after 7:45pm and ordered two delicious pink juicy cooked burgers. The only way burgers should be eaten. Not well done and dry like a lot of weirdos like. The burgers did take a while to come out but as expected when there was a solid amount of orders in front of us. The spicy cheese fries were bomb and I’d definitely get them again. The workers were also super helpful and kind, give them a raise!

burger meat was gas, i’d eat that meat again! Perfectly cooked berger, they did forget my ranch but I just went in and asked for it. Would definitely go again!

The food was good, but if it wasn’t for the food I’d give it 0 stars . I waited in line for a little over an hour , wasn’t even a long line probably 8 cars in front of us ? Workers were nice but super slow there was about 6 workers at one point just hanging out outside of the building . Good food but horrible experience waiting .

We ordered in-store at the kiosk. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, which we had anticipated. While we waited, we were able to see what was going on behind the counter. They have a tall food rack filled with drinks, between the front counter and the drive thru window. Some people were in charge of filling cups of drinks and putting them on the rack. I guess it was supposed to make the drive thru faster? The thing that really bothered us, other than guessing that people’s fountain drinks were probably pretty watered down by the time they actually ordered and got them, was when we realized that on this rack they were also putting shakes/malts. Just setting them there, without any kind of refrigeration, or ice, or anything. Basically just setting the ice cream out to wait for people to order them and pick them up. By the time we finally got our food for carry out, we checked what they gave us, and our malts were melted. The two shakes we ordered were also melted. We asked for them to be remade fresh, and they took them back behind the wall to the person who was making shakes/malts and stacking them on the food rack. They brought us two shakes, and evidently they just added fresh whipped cream on top, because when our son tried his when we got home, it was melted. For the two malts, she brought us two cups. She set the melted ones we didn’t want back on the top of the food rack to keep melting with the other shakes/malts they were going to serve to other people. When she brought two malts back, one cup wasn’t even full. We got a ton of attitude when she asked if we needed them remade again. We said yes. She took these back behind the wall, and came back with two malts. They must have just added a bunch more malt, and didn’t even blend them. The malts were not frozen, but were really thick. The malt powder was in these little congealed globs in our malts. When we got home, we realized that they had basically burned my hot dog, and they hadn’t put the bacon on one of the burgers. I get it that they’re new, but for the prices they charge, you’d think they could at least make the food mostly correctly, serve freshly-made shakes/malts, and not give us attitude when they’re asked nicely to correct issues. We’ve been to other Shake Shack locations and had great experiences…this one has a long, long, long way to go to even be in the realm of the others’ quality and experience. It is unfortunate that management/corporate is allowing these things to happen. There is a lot of training that needs to be implemented here…please.
