The place was a ghost town on a Thursday night. Ordered drive thru, forgot fries, toppings and shake. Took about 15 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of us, maybe 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Burger was WAY overcooked for me and my daughter woke up puking. Third and last time giving this Shake Shack a chance, despite it being one of our favorite chains.

The burger was great and fresh. The milkshake was really thick and delicious. The French fries were well done as I requested. The manager helped us at the kiosk with our order. I am a very picky eater and needed some assistance. He was fantastic.

Not impressed what so ever, that was the most expensive yet cheapest made and looking burger Mom n I have ever eaten! 23 bucks for 2 burgers 2 small drinks!! Like I said that was most cheapest made burger had no flavor either!! 7 Bucks for 2 cokes got home and they are diet cokes!! Omg foul!! I want my money back!! Staff were also bitchy n snappy with Mom who is hard of hearing and site impaired..

Delicious hamburgers and delicious shakes. Very fresh taste like grilled meat worth the stop very easy access. Large parking lot. Pricey, but if you’re gonna eat a fast food, it’s a good stop! Has outdoor dining in the shade!

Another flop, sadly this is the second time picking up food here and once again, our order was messed up. Paid toppings missed on soggy burgers, cold fries, no interest to finish the meal 😫 I really like this burger place but I'm not sure what is happening at the Goodyear location, we spent nearly $50, so frustrating!! We will continue to eat at Shake Shack but make the longer drive to the Avondale location which is fantastic. Stay away from Goodyear location.

This place is way overpriced for what you get. Burger is barely better than a McDonalds burger, fries were cold and the total price was three times as expensive. Spending $17 on a basic lunch in the drive thru...you can do a lot better virtually anywhere.

I waited in line only to be rudely rushed and the food was old ,burnt and totally inedible..I threw 28.00 in the garbage..and they still forgot half of my order

Loved the staff checking up on us a few times. I wish I caught her name. Also guided me and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I asked where the table wipes were. We came late so I didn't expect such good attitudes but I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this place for sure. Good food, reasonable prices. Girlfriend loves the veggie burger, and she isn't vegetarian (so she isn't forced to like it).
