I've watched this store slowly decline over the last 6 months. I'm a DoorDash driver. You guys would seal the bags and attach the receipts to them. I just requested one of the employees to do that for me, he looked at me like I was stupid, went back inside, came back out and shoved it in my face without a word. I said thank you, then looked at it. All he did was leave the bag folded over, at least he attached the receipt to the bag, but wow... The customer service? Horrendous. I will absolutely be telling people I know to avoid this location and I will never order here again.

Came here for a snack after a long day with my girlfriend, we got corn dogs, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel all the food came out so fresh and it tasted great I was honestly surprised, we came and parked next door and ate in the parking lot

My coworkers and I ate a late lunch here the food was delivered fast and was made well, sadly the restroom was out of order and I had to go next door. In addition the coka cola i ordered came filled to the top with ice and I was denied a refill despite not having any signs stating no refills. I work in the heat and that ice cold cola was heavenly, if only I could have had a refill to drive back to the shop with.

I went to get an ice cream shake. With the Heath bar and Reese's peanut butter cups. I asked for Reese's pieces because they didn't add the right candy. In my shake. I felt like they didn't make the shake right. Because they added one of the wrong candies to it. I didn't want to have Reese's peanut butter cups. I wanted the one that has the Skittles look to it. But they are the Reese's pieces that I was asking for.

Wish this sonic did the grillos meal deal like advertised. I tried it almost a month ago they said it wasnt a deal you had to buy everything separately the pickle burger the pickle drink and the pickle fries. So we bought it all to try it they also forgot our 4 vanilla dishes. Tried to order the pickle burger deal again this past Monday and again didnt come as a pickle deal as advertised everywhere else. So i just got the pickle burger and cherry limeade. i like all the pickle stuff but not worth it sold separately.

Food was great! I had the grills double and it was a pickle lovers dream. My husband I shared that burger while he had the sonic smasher to himself. He says it was hot & tasty. Very cheesy bites & his lettuce was crisp. Our only reason for marking down on service was because we sat outside waiting for some one to notice us for 10 mins due to their app not allowing us to register our arrival . Employees kept passing us when we were trying to wave them down until finally my husband had to walk to the door and tap on the glass. Seems like a minor inconvenience but it's 112 out today. The 2 route 44 waters were definitely needed.

Waited for someone to answer the drive thru speaker for almost 15 mins.
At 3 am it was busy with a few people. The car in front of me placed a $60 order and I was nervous because I was waiting for a doordash delivery. Nick was efficient in helping the customer waiting, as well as getting my delivery ready very quickly. Kudos to the night team, that handles random orders and cravings so early in the morning!
