No tap to pay at all, guy was super rude and we were just hungry. Just wanted to know about the new dill pickle meal and he didn’t give me any info at all. Definitely not coming back. Just a big L in general for this place.

Place is alright, but the mobile stalls regularly “don’t work” for some reason. For example, you’ll pull up after ordering ahead on the app, check-in on the app, which asks “which stall are you in?” I’ll put in “stall #” and sometimes it will say “this stall is unavailable now.” So you then have to move stalls to one that’s “working.” The mobile order stalls don’t have the intercom to just press the button on and call someone to manually check you in.

It’s 2025: do better on your tech, Sonic.

Also, this is not the store’s fault, but cell internet regularly doesn’t work around here at all. So just skip the mobile stalls and go to one with an intercom.

…which also for some reason are regularly out of order. And also close at midnight, despite there not being a sign anywhere that says they are, mandating you go to the drive through line.

It’s crazy what a cheap sign could solve, but I guess they don’t care enough.

My shake took at least 30 mins to even reach outside to my car. Let alone the fact that when I received it, it was almost completely melted. I asked politely to have it remade only for them to take another 10 mins and came back out with the same result. Just had to throw my hands and leave. Ridiculous experience and not to mention overpriced for a shake that tastes like water also.

it's a hit or miss with Sonic, just like any other fast food place. it's nice to have the parking and menu right there so you don't feel rushed to order.

Waited 20 minutes for my online pickup order. No one even answered the phone.

I waited 25 min in the drive thru today to get a large shake during happy hour like I always do, when I get to the window they charge me 7$ and some change I stated It's happy hour I usually pay 3$ and some change ( same location ) the worker tells me shakes are not half off during happy hour. I just can't believe the inconsistency please retrain the staff and the managers so everyone is on the same page you owe that to the customers.

Waited 45 minutes at the stall, had to call again and apparently they don’t even know what my order is after I placed the original order. I asked them to forget it, just refund it, they made me wait another 15 minutes just for them to come out and tell me they can't find my order. Instead, they tried to offer me for something free. I'm not interested in free stuff. Just do your task properly.

Make sure to check your order. Just like any sonic that you go to, you order cheese tots, get home and there is no cheese. One day sonic will get an order right.

Cooking oil hasn't been changed for a few days. Had to eat here a couple days in a row and it's obvious the fries and tots just get darker and darker which means the oil is dirty and not refreshed. Service is great and burger was good. Just awful fries and tots.
