Do not come here I repeat please do not come here not only is all of the staff sloppy ie(appearance messy dirty unkept)when they give you your food the bag is full of grease it's overcooked burger and if you do a to-go order it will not be ready for you by the correct time and they will force you to go through the drive thru rather than a stall though they're right there and you're at station number one and they don't want to walk ...... by the way you will have to end up going through the drive-thru again because they got your order wrong even though it was three items and they forgot the free item that was given to you as part of the app for ordering food which was tater tots also burnt ????? manager kept saying to me just go through the drive thru and she refused to refund me so I will be disputing this nasty food with my bank awful awful staff and manger

Been here a few times now, usually we order in the app and by the time we arrive our food is brought out to us within a few minutes. My husband and I will drive the 10+ miles from buckeye for this location in order to avoid the local. Service is always friendly and we've even gotten free ice cream for no reason!

The issue we had is that we were surprised how quickly it came out, and then we knew why after we left, it wasn't cook rite, it was undercooked which made it soggy and we always go to sonic but we'll never go that one again, in Goodyear, we didn't have much interaction with the people there except for the guy who brought the food to us, he.was very nice good service but again brought out undercooked food this is why we rating this so low im sure it was and off nite but unfortunately for us we were passing thru it....good luck

This sonic, on Estrella Blvd, sucks. The workers are ride and lazy. The"managers" don't care if your order or your wait are wrong or long. They blow you off like they know you won't do anything about

Went for a late night ice cream. Got home to enjoy and bit into this large plastic piece of what seems to be from ice cream mixer. Called to tell them about it all I got was a come back and we will replace it or when you come back again we will make one for free. Not an I'm sorry or can you describe it. No care at all for what was in my ice cream. Just be aware if getting ice cream for your self or children. Could have choked or broke a tooth on this

Worst Sonic ever. I've been waiting for 20+ minutes for my mobile order to be brought out. 3 items. That's it. The status disappeared from the screen and it shows on the app that it's a past order. When I first got here...one of the guys tried bring me an order that wasn't even mine. So he probably gave my order to someone else! What a waste of time!

The food was mid and the service was not great. I asked for sugar for my drink about five times and they came back only twice with SALT. I don’t recommend, especially for a road trip. Many better options around the area.
It was a nice night so we decided to eat outside. There were eight of us ordering ice cream desserts. The drive thru was very busy. There were customers parked in the stalls and we still didn't wait very long for our order.

Customer service is the worst pushed the red button waited 15 minutes and then the screen goes back to push red button when ready to order. Like come on ??? Would recommend if you want to waste time. If I could give zero stars I truly would !

Midnight. I sat in the drive thru for a good 5 minutes, saying "hello?" No answer so I drove around to the stalls. Pushed the red button, the guy said "only drive thru is open" notified him that I was just there. All I ordered was 3 drinks.... it's been 15 minutes & no drinks

Always a long wait at the drive through and when you ask/pay for extra toppings in your ice cream and don’t get it it’s pretty disappointing. I got a medium blizzard and wanted extra brownie bits and the bottom half is only ice cream thanks for ripping me off
