Most food is so so. A couple good servers. Nice outdoor area. Food is not consistent. Very disappointed in my meatloaf. Very dry and has cinnamon or nutmeg in with a tiny bit of ketchup on it. Mashed potato very lumpy. Meatloaf was barely warm. Husbands burger looked pretty good

During the pandemic I tried this place because it was close to home. I called in my Order for chicken sandwich with fries. It was bland and expensive.

Finally got an efficient and accommodating waitress for lunch today. I asked for an item that had been taken off the menu but she was able to get it for me and quickly as I waited for it to carry out. It was delicious. They should consider bringing it back.

I have been there several times, and the service has gotten worse every single time. Poor quality of food, service and cleanliness!! Last week, we were there for a birthday party and one of the guests were sicken by the shrimp tacos! Two of my other guests got bit by bugs running around by the fireplace and we spent the time waiting for the waitress to come over to take our drink order (over 30 min) killing insects crawling around next to our table. We even had my friend with cancer there on portable oxygen and the service took so long that her oxygen level warning light came on and we had to take our food to go once it finally arrived. I visited the restaurant the next day to let them know about the poor service, quality of food and inspects but the gal working at the restaurant told me there was nothing she could do. I then wrote the restaurant manager Ms. Brenda Williams but have never got a response. I then wrote the business owner Ms. Huyer and she said she would look into my disappointing experience and get back to me (still waiting...)!! Lakeside Grill is a NO GO for me!

Great service and nice location. I had the salmon and loved it. My wife had the bolognese and liked hers as well. If you like banana, have the banana cheesecake.

As residents of Estrella, we have eaten here a few times, and we have generally been satisfied with the food quality. It's not stellar, but usually above par for similar small restaurants. The prices are a tad high, considering the portion sizes, which are on the skimpy side. Example: $16.95 for 3 pieces of bruschetta. $25+ for most dinner entrees. The ambiance is okay, quiet but cramped. The patio is nice, with the view of the lake. They do have umbrellas, not sure about water misters. Service has been satisfactory, we were impressed with that on our very first visit. All that said, we are doubting whether we will be returning. Last week we came in at 5:45 on a Friday, the first question to us was "Do you have a reservation?" No, we didn't. We peered in and saw at least two empty tables, which I can only surmise they were "holding" for said reservations. They offered us the high-top table in the entryway where they fold their napkins, basically it's open to the lobby. Um, no. I don't really want to watch the guy on the stair-step exercise machine while I eat my $80-100 meal. We asked how long the wait would be, they said "about 20 minutes". So we sat down in the lobby and waited. After 35 minutes of waiting (after watching people leave and no one being seated for "reservations"), we left. Not worth it, considering the high prices. We took our business down the hill and enjoyed a nice dinner elsewhere.

The food here is always great. I always get something different and it's always great. The last time we went there we had appetizers and drinks. The sautéed Brussels sprouts and Grilled shrimp were cooked to perfection!

Lakeside is very convenient to go to , and the food is decent, however we will drive down the hill after our last encounter with the staff that works takeout. We spent $90+ on food,there's a to go fee and apparently the tip amount that was added, which I'm not quite sure why that has become something that is expected when the people are just bagging your food up, was not enough for the girls. Making a snide remark is extremely rude.
